“Fairly new to the area, and I've been exploring options for an oil change as my car was due for one. I have only gone to Valvoline in the past, and wanted to try something new and J's was very close to me so I gave it a shot based on other great reviews.I am very happy with the service, and I was in and out in about 10-15 minutes. Price wise, it's pretty much the same as Valvoline when on sale via Groupon (which is what I have always done). Synthetic Oil Post-Tax came out to be $67. And the service provider did not try to upsell you on little things like wiper blades and air filters like Valvoline does.Highly recommend this company if you want to support local, and still pay a very reasonable price. 5 Stars.”

“My car was broken into on a Wednesday morning and by Friday they had my window fixed and had my car good as new! Everyone was very friendly and kind. The hyundai dealership tried to charge me 150$ to put steering column cover on, they did in 10 minutes free of charge. Good people.”

“Auto Service Specialists did a fantastic job repairing my brakes. I was in an emergency situation in which I needed brakes right away. They were very quick to send an estimate and make the repairs. They even provided a loaner car for me. Most importantly, they only fixed what needed to be done and did not find 10 other things to charge me for as some other services do. I would definitely use them again for future car repairs. Everyone was very kind and pleasant to work with.”

“Staff is very friendly and helpful. Although there is a usually a long wait for an oil change. I know it says "Quick Lane" but don't confuse it with the dedicated oil change places. This is a dealer service department. So they weave you in as other jobs get completed. It is important to remember this before going in. If you are in a hurry, it's best to wait for another day when you are not pressed for time.”

I originally went to the north randall location and waited outside for 10mins and no one made their presence known. Going to Macedonia was my initial thought process because the north randall location has let me down so many times. Now I know better for my future services! “EXCEPTIONAL OVERALL. Great management and friendly staff. I had a blowout on the freeway on my trailer, so I drove on my flat there. Although they didn't have tires for trailers, he offered several places that sell tires. They even let me keep the trailer there overnight till I returned with a tire, and they even installed it for free. I can't say enough about how helpful they were and how nice they were. I will be purchasing my tires there for my vehicle there for sure.”

“I have been getting my oil changes at take 5 for well over 2 years. Maybe more. I recently went out of town. Needed an oil change on my new vehicle. Sought out a take 5. Specifically got my oil change. Great services as usual in Toledo Ohio when I came home. I just wanted to get a top off to ensure the long miles hadn't taken up too much of my oil. I was told at a take five that I normally go to in Cleveland heights Ohio or South Euclid. That because the take five I went to was outside of their district or region. I would have to get a new oil change in order to be in their system. This is so inconvenient inconsiderate of the company itself towards the customers, especially those who have been loyal customers. I chose to give them my information to start a new file for my vehicle but I will not be returning at all. Thanks a lot for the other years of service. Take five. This is something your company truly needs to look at and revise.UPDATE******SO.... I called the store in reference to where I had my issue and the manager himself completely explained what the ongoing corporate issue was as I can only respect it as a consumer but he did go above and beyond to rectify the situation. For now, until something happens different with corporate, this will be an ongoing thing, but I overly and utterly appreciate his openness and willingness to review my issues. Speak to me about it and try to rectify within his control. This is definitely one of the reasons why I have been going to take five for so many years. Nothing can be perfect but they have always been great in the past when it comes to customer service and their service overall that they offer with great deals!Thank you to the manager is the South Euclid Take 5!”

“Visit was quick, workers were friendly, and there was almost no wait time. However, this place is extremely expensive. I would highly recommend just doing oil changes yourself. Just go to Walmart next door, look at the oil cap of your car to see what kind of oil it uses, then you can find much better oil and oil filters in the Auto section. It usually costs half as much to do it this way. Save yourself 40+ bucks and do it yourself.”

Dropped car off for a few hours and received an email with a video explaining the results (a nail) and showed patchwork while they finished. Definitely exceeded my expectations.
