βMy absolute favorite place for auctions! The prices are the most affordable out of any liquidation I have seen. Lots of different items being sold so there is so much you can find. Also the customer service is impeccable! I look forward to picking my stuff up every time.β

βHad bought a box fan that wouldn't work out of the box. I lost the receipt and expected to be stuck with it. Luckily I used my Ollie's membership when I originally bought it. Easy peasy they looked up my receipt and did the exchange for a new fan. Great customer service!β
βOK I only gave them a 5 star because they sell books . I DON'T NO OF ANY OTHER STORE THAT SELLS BOOKS IN PERSON ANYMORE . Only online can you get a book . They are practically non existent . Anyhow the store is a DISASTER MESS . There is no organization ,I've seen flea markets better organized . Everything is just thrown anywhere throughout the store. There's sections I guess but what a mess . They need more staff , let's face it all these places are all understaffed ,underpaid and miss managed . Workers frustrated because there set up to fail. Enough said ,go there and buy a book before they no longer exist like pennies.β

Ollie's this was my first time in a very long time
I was very impressed
I did not realize Ollie's carried as many different things as they do
I went there to purchase a round area rug for my dining room table I also found some other items that I didn't expect to be found at Ollie's
The service was great
I can't wait to go back

βIβm not sure what all the negativity and complaints are about. Iβve been to this store several times and Iβve never had a problem. Iβm not talking for a few things either, but around $100 or so. I have always been able to find everything and I have always had good customer service. If it is really that bad at this store for some, maybe you should stop whining and go somewhere else. No one is forced to come in here against your will. Life is full of choices, including the choice to come here and shop or choose not to.
I canβt stand when people complain about a place so bad, but keep coming back. Clearly itβs not changing to your liking so go elsewhere. If I go in somewhere and donβt like it, I donβt go back. Then if I do choose to go back, well thatβs my choice and own fault.β
βI rate the place now as a one star! My son is a meat cutter and is being under paid! They call him in on his days off and yet they don't pay him for his worth! He should get the pay he deserves!!#19-20 dollars per hour!β
βThe store is very clean and well stocked. They had the best sweetest big grapes last week!! Some prices are a deal, but for the most part, prices are like everywhere else.β
βGreat customer service. I was in town for a meeting (8/14 around 9am) and stopped at this location looking for some quick earrings. Because I totally forgot mine. It was a women on duty who was so kind. She literally went above and beyond even offering her earrings she had on. This was such a heart warming experience. Even her stopping what she was doing to show me what they had available in store because it looked as if she was the only one working. I did not catch her name but I wish many blessings on her...β

βLove Dollar Tree. Staff is always helpful n easy going. Holiday decorations by the ton n helium balloons for $1.25. Can't beat that since their at least $4.50-$6 anywhere else. Tons of parking to. Brittney n Randall are Freakin Awesome ??
I came back today n the store was a little cluttered n things scattered about but it would help if the family of 5 wouldn't pick up 50 things n put it in the next isles. If you pick it up n then don't want it.... PUT IT BACK PEOPLE. The staff shouldn't have to put your things backβ
βGood for basics. Not so great for brands you find in bigger stores. Prices are a little lower though but not on a lot. Maybe call it Sav A Little. Very cute blond cashier always is polite and has a smile. Give her a big raise.β

βThis store is always clean and well organized. Whomever the manager is of this store - I take my hat off to him/her. The have better customer service than most of the Sav-A-Lot stores that I've visited and this store is much cleaner and the lighting is perfect. They have a good selection of groceries too.β
βArielle and Dom are so helpful with filling my familyβs prescriptions and answering our questions. Itβs so nice to walk up to the counter and be greeted by name. Personalized customer service is not easy to find these days, but this staff does a great job with it!β
βI absolutely love this Family Dollar! The Store Manager that took over has completely turned the store around. It use to be so cluttered and messy, that I didn't want to shop there anymore. I'm so glad I gave it another chance! I won't go in to shop at night though because the night manager is absolutely foul-mouthed and rude to the customers and her cashiers. I'm surprised that she still has a job! Other than that, the rest of the staff is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!β

βI come to this store three times a week. The Manager Bill, is always working, stocking, arranging items, and servicing customers. He is always ready to stop and help a customer find what they are looking for. Great customer service skills, and goes out of his way to give every shopper a great experience. What I like and respect most about Bill and his store, is, during these difficult times, when prices are going up, Bill still finds a way to give the customers great deals.
