“As always Shaker Quality Auto Body provided excellent service and the body repairs they performed after I was hit by another driver are beautiful and make an older car look almost new again. Where they really stood out though was in dealing with the other driver's insurance company. A process that was drawn out and unnecessarily painful but they stayed committed to getting a resolution. Bill is the true hero of this story with all the time he spent chasing the insurance company. I would give 6 stars if I could!”

“Great group of guys. Always a great experience. I took my car to Serpentini North Olmsted where I purchased to get fixed 4 times and they couldn't figure out the problem. Rad Air fixed it the first time. Serpentini spent over 5k trying to figure out what was causing false codes to keep popping up like auto start/stop, engine, etc. I kept asking about the battery and they assured me it was okay. Rad Air found 2 loose wires and fixed the problem.”
“They always take great care of me and tell me what to do expect on my next visit. They told me my battery was running low when I got my last oil change and they were right. They put my new battery in today within 15 minutes.”
“Sean & Nathaniel (plus one more gentleman) gave me a very courteous, informative and expedited service. Nathaniel helped to get my tires back on the right level of air and Sean even was kind enough to let me take a pic of the oil he recommended for my car. Great location! These guys are great workers.”

The names I remember are Sierra, Jordan, Jonathan, and I think the other gentleman was Steve. All were helpful and polite. Don't know the names of the mechanics/installers but they are appreciated as well. Thus far my experience here has been good and I would return.”

“I went to that location to find out the last Take 5 in Middleburg on Bagley left my oil cap off and drove that way for 1 math which could have been bad but coming there at that moment they made sure everything was good to go so I left feeling comfortable because I do long freeway driving which I could have been stranded or even worse locked up my engine and then no car.”

“I knew this Firestone location is open till 7 pm and I was praying they'd be able to help me since I didn't make it here until an hour before closing. The person at the counter who's name was David told me that although they were completely booked, he'd look at it anyway and the nail stuck in my tire is out and I'm about to drive off, just 20 minutes later. What great service. I've been able to count on this location since the early 90's.”

For that reason I am glad to share positive feedback about customer service I received, while noting that the issue ultimately did not not require an extensive replacement as originally discussed.”

“I started out at the Solon shop. I arrived there Sunday at 8:30 in the morning. I waited for somebody to arrive. The store opened at nine. There was only one person there. They couldn’t open the store because he didn’t have a helper to watch out for safety purposes. So I went across town to the Twinsburg shop where I was greeted by two very nice young man who immediately pulled me into the bay and started taking care of my issue. I was grateful that they were there because they knew what they were doing and they took care of all my needs.”
