“We recently patronized the Madison location (our usual store is Ashtabula) for a chicken coop. While doing so, we experienced an almost comedic series of rather minor but really frustrating glitches with the product that originated with the manufacturer & distributor.
Kate Marley stepped up and helped us navigate the whole process. She went out of her way to help us procur the item, and then cheerfully helped us navigate missing parts, damaged parts, and the further customer service that turned the whole situation into a positive experience. She & her staff remained professional, cheerful and courteous throughout every interaction and that caliber of service is VERY appreciated!”
