“While shopping here is average, where this store separates itself is the customer service from the management staff. I had an issue today with MyPerks. The managers on duty, Elizabeth and Brad, went to great lengths to ensure my issue was resolved, despite issues with the corporate office and another Giant Eagle store. They made herculean efforts to address my issues and assure my wife and I that they would help us. FYI, they were successful.”
