“Brant Benson is The Man! This is my 3rd Ford vehicle purchased from Brant. This was a tough decision moving out of my beloved F-150's into an SUV. UPDATE: I recently made another purchase through Brant at Cronin Ford North. A 2020 F-150 FX4. Another great transaction. As with any preowned vehicle there may be issues that go undetected or simply that parts wear out. The vehicle came with a dealership warranty. A few weeks post purchase I detected some near stalling events that seemed transmission related. Cronin Ford immediately diagnosed the issue and replaced the entire transmission with a new Ford OEM heavy duty transmission. During the repairs Cornin Ford kept me informed and supplied me with a new F-150 during the repairs. Cornin Fords Service Department did a great job and the entire staff treated me as a valued customer.”
“Lawrence Reynolds is the greatest! So I went in pre approved from my credit union with a higher than normal interest rate. I was looking at a particular vehicle but Lawrence told me “ hey you may want to consider some different options.” Reason being was the used vehicle has somewhat high in mileage. He said if you don’t like it, don’t buy it! Which made me lower my guards because I was no longer talking to a salesperson, I was talking to someone who really cared! He then stated that he could put me in a brand new car with a lower interest rate, I responded there’s no way! I don’t know what he did except go to bat for me and he got a home run! “We recently took our 2012 Ridgeline to Maple Park Collision for body repairs that resulted from a rear end accident that did substantial damage to my bumper and both rear body panels. Our insurance company, Liberty Mutual, recommended out of town repair shops. After calling those shops and finding that their times for completing the job were two to three months out and that most were unwilling to take the time and effort to deal with our insurance company on repairs beyond their photo based assessments, we found Maple Park Collision’s excellent reviews on the app “Nextdoor”, and decided to check out their availability and willingness to work with Liberty Mutual on any additional costs that might arise. Within about three weeks the damages to our truck were flawlessly repaired, including damages that the photos did not show. Jason Grubb, as promised, had worked out the additional required repairs with our insurance company, even persuading them to replace the marred Honda emblem, all within the insurance company’s estimated price. “I took my 2003 Jeep Wrangler to this shop in need of extensive frame repair. They inspected the vehicle and determined the best way to go forward is to completely remove the rotted out sections and welded in new sections. They also offered to remove all of the rust from the frame and coat it with rust inhibitors. After giving me a price, I decided to move forward with the repair. In short summary, the work they did was very impressive. The frame looks fantastic and will hold for many years to come. I will admit, it seems like the repair was rushed at the end since they missed a few spots of rust, some patches of frame not painted, and a few other minor things. I called the shop after leaving a review stating these observations and I received excellent customer service. They picked up my vehicle the next day, fixed the mistakes, and even threw in an upgrade for my vehicle for free. In the end, I am a very happy customer. I highly recommend this shop for their excellent customer service, impressive work, and genuine transparancy on cost. I've never met a shop that treats you like family until 41Seven. For any repairs or advice, this shop delivers.”

“I had a job about 100 feet from this shop and my vehicles battery died. I rode my electric scooter I keep as a backup to this shop. They had a few batteries priced at $40-$50 used. The owner personally went and got two batteries because the first ones terminals were on the opposite side. That speaks a lot about the owner he made it right I appreciate his time.”

“NAPA is NAPA! Always consistent...Smack dab in the middle of the country, I lost the fan belt on my '76 Porsche 911S. Not an easy find in neither California nor New York. Even the Porsche dealer didn't have any in stock and wanted an upfront deposit of $75 per belt before they'd even order one for me. My second call was to NAPA, who directed me to their store in Miamisburg that had two in stock. $24.95 each AND THE BELTS WERE MANUFACTURED IN THE U.S.A. This is what I call a happy ending!???=;-{>”

“The service at O'Reilly's is always very good, especially at the Germantown location. The selection of products is reasonably robust for their smaller stores such as the Germantown. They will have nearly everything you need for most repairs and service. The prices are higher than online retailers but I have the advantage of this store is their customer service, especially when I have questions about my best options. Service at O'Reilly's is normally five stars, price is three stars and selection is four stars.”
