“Love this place.I took my 2019 Q5 in because the light on my dash indicated a drop in pressure in a front tire. I also needed new batteries for my remote, which Patrick replaced as I was explaining it to him! It took him about 5 seconds.I had no appointment; I just walked in for an assessment. My tires were bald and needed to be replaced. I agreed to the work, as I travel a lot and need to make sure my car is safe.Patrick immediately secured a loaner Q5 and said the work would be done by 4:00, which was about 3 hours from the time I arrived at the dealer.I went to play 9 holes of golf, and my car was ready before I finished the round!Fast, knowledgeable, courteous and helpful, the staff is always wonderful!I’ll will not go anywhere else for Audi service!”
“I love Auto Zone! They saved me money! I replaced my cabin/glove box filter and engine filter for $45.02. If I had the dealer do this it would have been $100 more for my Hyundai SUV.

In addition, since the Fastback was a vintage A-code car with many of the original Mustang sport options, I wanted someone who would 'sweat the small stuff' when it came to restoring the car to original specs.Steve explained in detail how he approached restorations such as mine, and outlined in detail how he would proceed through each step and component. Both Steve and Corey kept in touch during the restoration advising me on any additional work that needed to be done, and during visits to the shop would go over the details of how the work was progressing. Everything was completed with precision and the result was beyond my expectation. The car looks like it just rolled off of the factory floor!”

“I had an opportunity to use Gran-Prix Auto Body located in Painesville back in 2020 to have new extended towing mirrors installed on my 2006 F-150 Truck. They did a great job then and was right on budget. Now in March 2023 I needed some corrosion repair done on my F-150 left rear wheel well fender area. The corrosion was not too bad so I wanted to have it fixed before it got any worse. They provided me with an estimate. I had already received 2 other estimates from different shops prior. After looking at reviews for all shops I made my decision to go back to Gran-Prix Auto Body again. Glad I did. When I picked up the truck it looked like it never had a corrosion issue at all. Matter of fact it looked brand new just like it came from the factory. There were no blend areas to see. A Perfect job well done. They exceeded all my expectations and then some. Again they came in on schedule and budget. I would recommend this shop to family, friends or anyone else. They know how to provide customer service and repairs at a fair price.
