“Came here because my friend messed up my breaks on my ebike and they fixed it up for me and suggested I get a tune up on my bike and actually told me about some other issues I had with it a few loose nuts and stuff I wouldn't have even noticed otherwise and they were really nice about the whole thing didn't make me feel stupid about it for not knowing stuff and all the staff I talked to were super friendly now my bike feels better than the day I bought it and I couldn't be happier definitely worth the time and money to come down here 10/10 I'll definitely be coming back in the future”

“Best bike shop in Columbus. Everybody there is very helpful and friendly. Very fair pricing. Nice shop in a good location relative to the bike trails in the city.”

“Gary is beyond helpful and goes above and beyond for repairs! I brought my bike in to replace the back tire and had already purchased a tire and Gary let me know I had ordered the wrong size and was quick to trade out and do an even swap with me. I ended up paying for labor and he went out of his way to fix my kick stand as well! Gary was very sweet and told me some great stories of his family while he repaired my bike.”

“Top notch shop for many reasons. I am not new to visiting bike shops, but when I got back into cycling this year I questioned why I hadn’t started buying from them years ago. They keep it simple, and only get as technical as you need. If the particular person you are talking to doesn’t know, they happily bring out a local expert in whatever style of riding you are interested in. I updated a few outdated bikes with them this year and every visit was refreshingly pleasant. There was always someone passionate to talk about riding in different styles to me or any other customer that walked in. This is a shop that cares about riding and you can tell they ride a lot. But they weren’t pushy about anything. Sometimes they have been a little busy but I take that as a sign that people know this is the shop to come to. Every order came in on time and as expected, but most of the products I wanted were already stocked in store. Highly recommend, you can tell this is a local staple for the cycling community.”

“I had a tire tube that needed replaced and was able to get it taken care of right away by a very nice staff member. He stopped what he was doing to work on my tire and it was done in a quick and efficient time. I had to go back again to get my other tire checked and pick up some tire hardware, and he was very helpful then as well. Definitely recommend this shop for your bike needs!”
