“I gave this 5 star because of a worker there named COLE, I hope I spelled it right? I had called early that day, needing a car the day before my reservation. The associate, assured me he would call me, and make sure he let me know what they had. It was time for me to go and I never got the call he assured me I would get. When I called he said oh we don't have anything because of OSU leaving. Um, but you never called, or I would have made other arrangements. Nevertheless stressed out was a understatement! That's when I got a call from Cole, who said we just got something in, we're closing but I'll stay if you want the car. I did 80 getting there. The office was closed, but he handled me like they were open, no rush, no pressure, and kicked it with me and my trustee, like we'd known each other for years! Customer service of the year goes to Cole! And if he leaves that branch, I wanna know where he goes because I'll be there? thank you again, and God bless.”
