“I would recommend. You can easily sign up online and once they get your credit card info they will tell you your rental unit number and the pass code to get in. It's open 24/7. The only thing you have to do is stop by the office to get your keys because they supply the lock that's already on the unit. It's clean, well lit and the office is loaded with TV screens with security footage. The gentleman working the front desk showed me how the lock worked and was very friendly.”

“I called this morning and spoke to the manager in Reynoldsburg, in a single mom working part time and going to school full time. I have no help when it comes to finances. And they sent me a message about 6 months about that they were increasing the amount from $240-$290. Well I got another letter today telling me they were going to increase it to $319 that’s more than half of what I make in one check. I called and explained my situation and luckily for me they were able to keep me at the $290. I understand times are hard and money is a priority, but increasing every 6 months is not doable especially when I’m trying to get my life back together. I lost my job right after becoming a single mom. My child has been sick all summer and he’s sick again. I’m doing the best I can to keep the stuff I have so I don’t have to replace it when I move again. Thank you to the manager in Reynoldsburg, I really appreciate you!”

Could not recommend enough. The man that dropped off the bin was also wonderful, helpful and communicative. Great experience from the full team!”

My experiences have been very good with friendly and professional assistance from those in the office. Storage areas are always clean and well kept. Office always is always tidy and smelling amazing! I dealt mostly with Erin Shaw, who has an awesome personality for handling all types of customers. I would recommend using Car-go Storage for all storage needs.”

“I can't recommend Gateway Self Storage enough. I recently used this storage and fell on hard times and got behind on payments. Not only were the staff understanding, but they worked with me so that I did not lose all of my stuff. Even through dealing with and having trouble with other storage units while trying to move my stuff out, the staff was caring and understanding and gave me the time I needed without having to jump through hoops. I'd for sure use Gateway Storage again, and I will be recommending others as well. Thank you all so much again, because of your care and humanity I did not have to start all over again.”

“What a god sent crew! I was trying to keep my price down, and only have them move a few things. (Life, you know) and they still took all the extra and did not go out of my price range. I am so grateful for this company. And would recommend to anyone. Also bonus. Everything came out great. We never used movers before. And we were prepared to take a loss on some items during the move. Nope. Perfection. I can go on and on. These guys are great. Friendly, hard working, fast. Tip them well! They deserve it all. This is a short term move and plan to use them again, if they will accept us, and all of our crap. 🤣😭.”
