“Smooth sailing for the check in online and In-person to sign the lease. Ladies at the front desk were chill. Storage area was fine except the ceiling of it wasn't finished. But it didn't leak when I went to check on it. Everything appears to be in good shape so far.”

Each time I go, I find it very clean very easy to get in and out and the staff is fantastic and the owner Doug is always available for communication and always keeps this facility. “Public Storage made the whole process really easy. I never had to go into the office because I was able to handle everything 100% online. The app-controlled entrance and exit gates are also super convenient and make accessing the unit simple. My only issues are that the unit next to the hallway my unit is in has screws sticking out, and the light inside our unit does not work. Overall, the online setup and app access are great, but those maintenance issues should be fixed.”

“I would recommend. You can easily sign up online and once they get your credit card info they will tell you your rental unit number and the pass code to get in. It's open 24/7. The only thing you have to do is stop by the office to get your keys because they supply the lock that's already on the unit. It's clean, well lit and the office is loaded with TV screens with security footage. The gentleman working the front desk showed me how the lock worked and was very friendly.”
