“Just wanted to quickly write this down before I forget , I didn’t catch the name of the girl who helped my daughter and I earlier this afternoon, but she was working up front around 1-2 pm today 8-21-25. She was so sweet and so patient with us , I was trying to do a return with literally no service on my phone , so she could scan my code. It took several minutes, and the entire time she was so patient with me and extremely helpful. With her help I was able to get it done way quicker, so I wanted to come and pay her a compliment. Most of the people/employees that I’ve encountered here are very knowledgeable and friendly, much more than USPS across the street. So this was a Thank you review, I will continue to use this specific store from now on. It’s worth the extra minute drive .”
“This is the best fedex location in the nation. The staff helped me quickly and with so much patience. They handled everything I needed in making copies for a hearing I had and even suggested other things to help. I left my backpack and they rushed out to give it to me. I’m a visitor to Columbus so probably won’t be back, but these guys were the best!”
“We were assigned Navis Pack & Ship through the SHIP SMART moving company..a move from NJ to OH, too small for a larger company, so the move was parsed out to a mover in NJ to collect our goods, and a separate mover in OH to deliver once our belongings arrived. Navis was quick to communicate once everything was in OH, and flexible on what dates worked for me to receive at our storage unit. The crew was efficient, clean cut, and friendly, and all of our possessions arrived in good condition. Would use again!”
“It is not visible from the street and there is no sign indicating you reached the right place. It is in the Huntington Building, floor -1. Other than that it is in a spacious and clean area.”
“My husband took a load to this place. He stopped near home and picked me up. He was extremely sick and didn't make it for delivery on time.
So the next day when we took the load. They quickly unloaded it.

1. Yes there's a public restroom at Building One
2. Yes you can park here and sleep overnight or after delivery. Plenty of spaces provided on asphalt with clear lines. Easily visible via Google maps.
3. Yes you can access building one from Lockbourne Rd, and SHOULD, so you can standard back to dock instead of blindside.
Office staff are all nice and polite and fun people. Broker didn't reschedule my reworked load properly and they're working me right in upon arrival. Excellent place to deliver. Looking forward to returning. Would have saved me some clock and parked here last night had I known...”
