“We were assigned Navis Pack & Ship through the SHIP SMART moving company..a move from NJ to OH, too small for a larger company, so the move was parsed out to a mover in NJ to collect our goods, and a separate mover in OH to deliver once our belongings arrived. 1. Yes there's a public restroom at Building One
2. Yes you can park here and sleep overnight or after delivery. Plenty of spaces provided on asphalt with clear lines. Easily visible via Google maps.
3. Yes you can access building one from Lockbourne Rd, and SHOULD, so you can standard back to dock instead of blindside.
Office staff are all nice and polite and fun people. Broker didn't reschedule my reworked load properly and they're working me right in upon arrival. Excellent place to deliver. Looking forward to returning. Would have saved me some clock and parked here last night had I known...”

“As someone who has frequented this location several times over the last decade, I felt compelled to share a review after my visit this evening.
The staff is great. You can tell they truly appreciate their ability to help others. While I've had many great interactions, tonight's visit was exceptional.
This location is rather small. Upon walking in, I realized that with over 7 people waiting, it wasn't going to be a quick trip. There was only one person working, but he was quick and efficient. He helped folks print while also helping people ship and claim packages. He was friendly but knew he had a line, nearly out the door, of people to help. He had a solid can do attitude the entire time and provides his undivided attention to each customer he worked with.
Always a great visit at this place and tonight put it all in perspective.”

“Overnight parking available. Its not on property but right out side enough room for roughly 10 trucks, depending on how people park. Do not show up to the guard, shack no more then 10 minutes before your appointment or they well trun you away . Your trucker GPS will most likely not bring you back here because the no truck signs, no truck roads. Take a left at the loves.Go straight through the stoplight, about 500 feet.Take the first right just about 2hr unload”
