“I love this place. Kind and professional, informational and helpful. When I was looking for storage on a Saturday afternoon Asst. Manager Ronny was efficient in getting me a space. The grounds are very nice with many cameras, giving me great security. In fact 1 of those cameras along with this outstanding Manager, recognized I had left a key behind, he got the key and placed it in an envelope. Realizing I missed the key quickly returning. “We rented a storage locker for a year and a half to store our daughter's stuff between school years while at Miami University. We found the staff very helpful and the location is only a few miles south on 27 from campus. The facilities were clean and staff was also helpful in determining what size unit we needed so we didn't buy a bigger space than we needed. She's graduating this year so we won't be needing it going forward, but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this business.”
