“Enterprise was really easy to work with in regards to booking the rental, obtaining and returning. Staff was extremely friendly. This is a 4 star review due to the parking situation at the particular Enterprise we rented from. It was AWFUL. I had to wait on the street for over 10 minutes to pull into the parking lot when returning the vehicle due to the amount of cars in the parking lot, this was due the shared business next door. This was the same situation when we went to pick up the car, it was like musical cars, which also resulted in me getting a smaller vehicle than originally planned due the larger one being parked down the street. Unfortunately this is out of the staff's control, as it comes down to corporate and where the business is. GET A BIGGER LOT! :)”
