“The Harrison Ohio location, Eric was very professional. Patiently answering all my questions. He took the time to explain everything. And even helped through the entire process of setting up my new phones. I went back to the store a couple days later because there were things on the receipt that I was confused about and he took the time I needed to make sure I understood everything. I recommend highly.”

“The lady working is the most helpful person I’ve seen at every boost yet. I went to Anderson Ohio and that girl put a block on my stuff and this amazing woman fixed everything. She is great and very Helpful. And when my screen broke she sent me to a great location. I believe her name is Sanah. She’s excellent. Idk why that lady under me is a liar.”

“Went to my local Verizon dealer - Russell Cellular in Harrison, Ohio - to get a new cell phone. My phone was so old, it didn't offer software updates for it. The guys set me up with another Samsung Galaxy phone. Such an easy transition from my old phone. All data transferred perfectly. Thanks guys!!”
