“I went in yesterday without my bank card to withdraw money. God forbid!!! Jen R. asked for my identification, I presented it, and we proceeded with the transaction. She called someone for an over ride and all hell broke loose. The manager and the other Jen proceeded to interrogate her as if it was her first day of work. Very embarrassing!! Jen R. remained cool, calm, pleasant, kind, and helpful. I was disturbed by the way they behaved in front of me.”

“Use this branch on a regular basis for my business banking needs and always had a good opinion about service at this branch.
Today, on Tuesday, June 2, branch met me with locked doors and sign, saying that branch is closed because of staff participation in Landing Hand program. Why??? Why in a world financial institution closes its doors on business day? It appeared, quite a few Keybank branches were closed today for the very same reason.The cause is great, but I don't believe it's right, I don't believe any volunteering and community work should interfere with business activities, should affect business activity of others who depends on you. I was very disappointed. I had to do business transactions that meant to be done today, and had to go out of my way to find branch that was open. This particular practice (done annually, as I was told) should not continue, IMHO.”
