“First time visiting the store for a fitting, and even though they were still working out the kinks moving into their new store only one week prior, it was a great experience. Having years (decades?) of cycling experience I thought I had my bike dialed, but was tired of guessing and knees getting older made me book a fitting with Bill to make sure. He was easy to talk to, and reset my fit from the cleats up. Asked my goals, and helped line everything up for those. It was a mixture of Science, his experience, and coaching for proper form. Even though he is the owner and was getting pulled a couple different directions, he stayed focused on the fit and made me feel like he really cared about my time and getting it right. After my 40 mile hilly gravel ride today, the bike felt completely different and so much better! More comfortable and more efficient at the same time. I finished the ride feeling better than I have ever felt on that type of ride and pace. Highly recommend his system. Give him a try and stop guessing!”
