“I mostly come here to do Amazon returns. But the process is usually quick, unless there is someone ahead of me in line who has no idea what they’re doing. Occasionally I’ve heard the people at the customer service desk complaining openly about previous customers. Funny, but pretty unprofessional. You have to save those conversations for behind closed doors or when no one is around.”
“This is my favorite place to shop. You can find great buys here. They could probably do a better job of cashing people out. They never seem to have enough cashiers. The line gets pretty long sometimes.”
