    “I took my son to Dillards today to get fitted for a new suit , no special occasion , just because every young man needs a well fitting suit. When we got to the mens dept. we were greeted in a very kind and professional manner by a man who's name is Dave Johnson. Dave quickly earned our trust and provided an enormous attention to detail . His patience , professionalism and great wealth of knowledge was apparent in every aspect of our time spent with him. If you are looking for top notch customer service , this is the man to reach out to.     “I bring my mother-in-law here. Sam has been cutting her hair and does a wonderful job. She is super nice and so good with her. They both look forward to visiting. It is so easy to get her in here with a wheelchair and I can shop a bit while she is there. I am thankful. The store and the staff are always clean, well staffed, and polite. A gem.”

    “Hi , I would just like to say that I visited your jewelry department at your Westfield Mall store . My family , and I was so pleased with the customer servicing we received from Kamaria. We had saw some things online, and when she greeted us at the door she knew exactly what we were talking about and pointed us right to it. The whole time we were there She provided excellent service from the door all the way to the completion of our purchase. We also went throughout your whole store.and no one else greeted us in the store at all. High five to Kamaria!! That's exactly what excellent customer servicing is.”
