βI had such a wonderful shopping experience today. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful while I was trying to locate an item. Even though the store was busy, the checkout line moved surprisingly fast, and the cashier was warm and efficient.β
βGreat Visit to JC Penney's Franklin Park. I was in a real bind, needing a pair of khakis and a shirt for a Visitation. Debbie in the Men's Dept was outstanding to work with, she even measured ne for the long sleeshirt I purchased. I miss this level of service!!! Steveβ

βI like tractor supply because they always have something I need on sale. Even if it isn’t something I need immediately, it’s still something I can use around my house and yard. Always decent prices as well on birdseed and outdoor supplies :)β

βThe Coast Guard exchange is a real nice location for veterans in the Toledo Ohio area to shop. Located on the Maumee river at the edge of Lake Erie. Across the inlet from the ole Navy and Marine Corp center. The staff are and have been (for a long time) extremely friendly. There is plenty of booze and smokes at real good prices. βEveryone at this Dollar General and most of the Dollar Generals in my area are nice Emily is the manager at the one on airport close to Westwood she's always very pleasant all of her employees as well Pleasant and make you feel welcome when you coming to the store Emily is a fantastic manager but this store has always had great managersβ

βI just went there the other day and the cashier Desirae was so amazing. Truly made the experience so much better. Only reason Iβm giving it four stars is because the hallway by the bathrooms smells awful. Literally smells like puke. Might want to take care of that soon other than that I had a good time there!β

βI had one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had at Walmart in decades, thanks to Sean from the Auto Department and Kay.
I was trying to locate and retrieve a specific item, and Sean went above and beyond to help. Rather than simply pointing me in a direction or telling me where the item should be, he took the time to help track it down and make sure I was actually able to retrieve it.
Kay was on break when I encountered her, yet she still took the time to assist me and help move things in the right direction. That level of willingness to help—especially while on break—really stood out.
Both Sean and Kay demonstrated initiative, patience, professionalism, and genuine concern for the customer. They didn’t treat my request like an inconvenience; they took ownership of the situation and helped see it through.
Employees like Sean and Kay are exactly the type of people Walmart should be considering for leadership positions. Their customer service, problem-solving, and willingness to step up represent what great leadership looks like on the floor.
Please make sure their management team recognizes them. They turned what could have been a frustrating experience into an excellent one. Sean and Kay deserve recognition and opportunities to advance.β
βI will say prices are kinda crazy but Iβll still buy those clothes!!!! Lovely store and staff always nice and clean but one of the ladies was arguing with me about the clothes and she was just rude. Didn't catch her nameβ
βThis store has changed night and day. Before the floors looked bad, no baskets and carts. No consistency! Now there are people there, open normal business hours. Shelves looking better.β
βI read a post that a lady had got popcorn from the store and found mice poop and other kinds of food in a store was a wreck things are out of order and spread through everywhere. I was just in this store yesterday I thought it was clean orderly and people are very nice.β
βThey get busy but that's just how it is when the neighborhood is a food desert (google that). They can get understocked, but that's on the company. But management and the employees are calm and collected, and are wonderful to those of us that can be a pain sometimes. They have no problem double bagging for those like me who walk there, they do everything in their power to keep crime out of the store, and do everything they can to accommodate those who do business with them. Thank you.β
βIt's Walmart, not much else to say other than location in my opinion plays the largest factor in your shopping experience. I go to the oI go to the one in bowling Green, Ohio. It is a college town and the locals for the most part are friendly and a mostly believe in a safe community. Not claiming our location is perfect, only that it's better than some.β

βI went to the Home Goods at Easton Mall in Columbus Saturday morning. The store was a mess! Everything looked like t had not been touched for days. Stuff was all messed up and falling off the shelves. You could barely get your cart down the aisle.
Monday morning I went to this location. I could not believe how nice it looked. Everything was in its place. You could easily get your cart down the aisle. There was plenty of space.
Great job!!β
