“Bensell was recommended to me by a friend who had good things to say. I took a 30 year old prayer plant there to be repotted and checked for its health since it has been over-watered and looking "sad". The woman who helped me was wonderful. She repotted, added soil, and the plant is thriving 3 years later. It's a no-frills place run by folks who know what they are doing. Love it!”

“What a great store. Every time I walk by an employee they ask me if they can help me with anything. Occasionally, I say yes and they actually walk me to the item I am looking for. One employee actually walked me from one side of the store all the way over to the other side to show me the item I was looking for. I was stumbling around in the hardware aisle trying to find a certain size screw for a project and this young lady who is an employee asked me if I needed help. She really knew her stuff. She took me right over to the correct drawer and showed me exactly what I needed. I would have been in that aisle for an hour and a half trying to figure that out What great service!”
“Wow, greeted upon arrival. We went in looking for a small kids picnic table as we saw online for a holiday gift. After looking around we couldn't locate it. Ask a few ppl turns out they were up in the rafters and needed to get it down for us. They couldn't have been more happy to do it for us. Even the Manager took us up to the checkout to make sure we were taken care. I got better service here then I have at some restaurants in Chicago! Thank you Home Depot staff when we're back in town we will make sure to stop here for our needs!”

“Don’t let me go here because I will be in here for three days!!! They have the most beautiful, healthy plants and the best selection of houseplants around. Their prices are awesome too and aren’t outrageous like many other places. They also have such a great selection of cute pots and other garden items. I do wish more of their pots had drainage holes though, and their pots are very pricey.I like how they have reward points but I don’t like how you need to have cash app to see and manage them. I also wish the points didn’t expire :/ But I do also love that they are dog-friendly! I recommend Hoen’s to everyone I know.”
