I think we have reached a place in time when good customer service no longer exists. Every employee I have ever dealt with at Chad's is polite and happy to be of service. They always have a smile and an upbeat mood. I go through so often that they know what I want before I even say it. I travel alot during the day and encounter many different drive thrus within a 70 mile radius of Chad's and they are by far the best!!”
“Great location but they're ALWAYS out of diet Mountain Dew 2 litres. For some reason the Pepsi guy is too stupid to figure it out so he puts 3 times as much Mountain Dew as needed and half as much Diet Mountain Dew.”

I used to live near a Trader Joe's, but there isn't one anywhere nearby now :-( But - Kroger has begun to carry more of the healthy foods and even some international options, so I can get almost everything here.”

“Reasonable gas prices plus they have a store to buy soda pop and lottery tickets. Friendly staff....I've been going there for years. They also have a machine to put air in your car tires and it actually works! McDonalds is next door so you can eat lunch and put gas in your car in one trip.”
“Since the remodel this place is definitely so much better than several years ago. I’m assuming it’s under new management. Now has a small bar with draft beer and a huge selection of cold alcohol. There workers are always super helpful as well trying to find something.”
