“Shawn in appliances was top notch. I was waiting at Lawn for close to 20 minutes for an employee to meet me at lawn after going to the refunds desk to request help. I had already been waiting 20 minutes for someone to come help me. I gave up I went to look for the deep freezer and Shawn was stellar. After helping me with the deep freezer he walked over to Lawn to help me get the lawn mower I wanted to buy. Then after telling him I could only fit one item in my car, he suggested that I go drop off the deep freezer then pick up the lawnmower! BRILLIANT. He said it could be ready for pick up in an hour. He definitely went above and beyond. Had Shawn not shown up I would walked and went to Home Depot.”
