“I had visited a Verizon store to talk with someone about upgrading my plan and possibly saving a few bucks each month while at the same time adding a phone to my plan for my son. I ended up at the Macedonia location.
I'm not very tech savvy and trying to decipher the Verizon bill is next to impossible for myself as well as trying to understand plan differences and which would be the best way to go without losing key plan advantages and also what Verizon could offer.
I sat down and talked with a salesperson by the name of Darrian and he couldn't have been more patient and more helpful in helping me to understand how he could help upgrade my plan and yet save money while getting a better improved plan.. He was very easy to talk with and was very patient with all the questions I myself as well as my son had. The entire staff at that store seemed to be very friendly and they all seem to have a good work team environment. Thank you so much Darrian for all your help.”

I had placed an online order for a pair of guitar pickups, and ended up needing some help from Woodsy's. Long story short: in a terrible string of luck, it was the last of the pickups they had in stock, and one of the pick-ups had an issue from the manufacturer that could only be noticed after it was installed.
I worked with Dom in guitars, and he was just fantastic in handling this messy situation. He made a ton of calls on my behalf working with the pick-up manufacturer to make sure I could get a replacement quickly and easily. He really went above and beyond, and I am tremendously grateful for his help!

“‼️Get your stuff from here BEST SERVICE EVER‼️At my school, we have a pretty old analog lighting system (which basically means everything is manual and pretty hard to operate) and I contacted Knight About just trying to get an education bundle for some other fixtures that we have that are separate from the board. They asked me what system I was working with and I described to them. It was a very old system and not the newer kind (DMX). I started with Katherine, who was very helpful with Connecting me to Tristan in which he tried to help me identify the board and then later connected me to Mark where he identified the board AND connector in one day. Now we might be able to control our lights easier and add more! This is 100% the best experience I have had out of any company like this and I 100% recommend them.”

“I needed a new AVR did a ton of research and I decided a Sony ES5000 was the best choice for me. I usually buy my stuff at Best Buy but they didn't have one to listen to and Sound & Vision did so I left a message before they were open and I got a call from Jax Mellinger. He said they had one set up in the switch room and we could come and listen to it and see what we thought. I was a little hesitant going to a high end store but so glad that I did. There was no sales pressure, just good information so I could make a decision, we decided to buy it from Jax at Sound & Vision. I had a few questions and have Jax's Email and his help if I need it. I am really happy with my purchase and hope to be back to the store soon!”

Not to mention the staff- i've never had a bad interaction with any employee at this location. one of the drive up team members had 3+ orders on her cart when she brought out my drive up order, and still maintained a positive attitude while handing me my bag. “I bought a phone on Saturday and changed carriers from AT&T to Verizon. I was having issues with receiving text messages and emails. I called Verizon and they said the set up was incomplete and they needed the AT&T transfer PIN. I went to the AT&T store, and was on hold and on the phone with AT&T for over 40 minutes. Finally, they said they couldn't help me. UGH! SO.... I went to Best Buy, where I bought the phone, and was really angry by that time. Michael was awesome. He calmed me down from actually wanting to be THAT woman, and he was so patient. He called both Verizon and AT&T, and between all 3 of them, my phone is up and running again. I really appreciated Michael's kindness and calm attitude. He's definitely an asset to this location. Thank you.”
