“Luke called me back about a (kind of ridiculous) question i emailed in. I asked A LOT of questions on the phone call that took us down a very informative phone call about record players. Luke was knowledgeable, polite and showed considerable knowledge of record players in their inventory. I honestly didn't know they were so complex, which helps tremendously with my (eventual) decision on which record player to purchase.
The call lasted considerable time out of his day and he was not phased.
Furthermore, the phone call solidified that ill be going with AudioTechnica when im ready to purchase a turntable in the nearer future.”

“I only come here during the weekdays after 10 pm when the original guys thats been working there since I was a graduated from Stow High School in 2014 says the guys close at 1 am due to city ordinance not allowing him to work buy himself after 1am. The guy on the weekdays leaves the doors unlocked all night due to the doordash orders. He says he can't hear the doordashers knocking at the door while he's stocking the cooler. So leaves the doors unlocked all night on the nights he work Sun thru Thursday. He's a nice, plesant, handsome fellow”

“Back in April (it is now September), I purchased a DMX module card from Knight Sound & Lighting (KSL) for our church's sanctuary room lighting system (it's an ILC LightLEEDer system; not the easiest to work with). While I consider myself relatively tech-savvy, this project turned out to be much more challenging than expected. Ed, along with one of the technicians, Jeff, spent the past few months periodically helping me. They not only helped rebuild my lighting software after I accidentally erased the setup, but also spent time troubleshooting the DMX card (taking the time to recreate my church's lighting setup down to the exact dimmer devices & other hardware). It turns out the card was perfectly fine and the issue was operator error, but Ed remained patient throughout the entire process.
Ed's customer support and patience (numerous emails, a few face time calls, as well as sending the item back once or twice) far exceeded any experience I have had with other companies (the original company ILC told me to contact wouldn't even return my phone calls). Since I had purchased from KSL for another project, I decided to use them (even though they are in Ohio & our church is in Florida) & see if the experience would be better. And of course it was, I would highly recommend using Knight Sound & Lighting for your project/equipment needs.
Because of Ed's hard work and dedication, you guys have earned a lifelong customer and I will definitely be recommending KSL to my network of church tech contacts.
