“the staff is friendly and helpful, place is always clean. they have the cheapest PO boxes around with a lobby that is open 24/7 and contains some self serve packing materials if you need to box something up after hours. it's small and rarely busy.”

He took time to walk me through the process how it will be sent to the correct place, and assured he would do everything they could to make a smooth process and he followed up next day to tell me the status of my package. “While being out of town for an extended period, I received a text from USPS that I was getting an unexpected shipment. It contained some valuable and delicate item so the package needed signature. I called the Stow P.O. and talked to Leo, who made sure the package was properly forwarded to my temporary address by actually going and looking at it. He also asked me to check the tracking on my phone while he waited to make sure I could track the shipment too. Finally, he asked me to call the PO and ask for him specifically if I needed any additional help. We need more teammates like Leo in all organizations. Great service!”
