All of the employees try their absolute best to accommodate and get things done swiftly and efficiently. People need to be kinder to our usps workers and give them more grace and respect!!”
“While being out of town for an extended period, I received a text from USPS that I was getting an unexpected shipment. It contained some valuable and delicate item so the package needed signature. I called the Stow P.O. and talked to Leo, who made sure the package was properly forwarded to my temporary address by actually going and looking at it. He also asked me to check the tracking on my phone while he waited to make sure I could track the shipment too. Finally, he asked me to call the PO and ask for him specifically if I needed any additional help. We need more teammates like Leo in all organizations. Great service!”
