“This was my first time staying at a TRU by Hilton… overall awesome experience! Staff was very friendly and helpful. VERY clean room. Only a 10 minute drive to Cedar Point and close to lots of restaurants. Will definitely be staying here again during our next Cedar Point visit!”
“Enjoyed my stay. Great for Cedar Point. Clean room and room service. Room was a bit outdated but not in horrible shape. I would stay here again. Will say we were put in one of the few rooms that did not have an exterior door. The staircase and exterior doors were pretty noisy at night and in the AM. It can also be pretty difficult to turn out of the location onto the main road. However this would not discourage me from staying here again.”
“I had difficulty checking in using the electronic kiosk but this did not matter because the manager at the front desk saw my despair and instantly took care of me. Every person on staff I had contact with during our stay was kind and professional. Extra helpful room cleaning staff when we had an inadvertent accident went the extra mile. Very relaxing and fun family time.”
“This hotel was so nice and I can't believe we got it for the price we did. My grandson love the pool and they also had one of the best breakfast I've had at a hotel. The rooms were super nice and all the staff were very friendly.”

“I recently stayed for an overnight trip and really enjoyed my stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and the decor was very nice. I did not get a chance to try the restaurant or bar, but heard it was okay from another guest. There are some cool shops in the area. I went during the off season, but would love to come back when it's nice out. I will say the ear plugs in the room was nice, because it did get loud through the night.”

“Small hotel. Rooms and hallway smell musty. Service has been above and beyond. Breakfast is Continental and includes waffles. Indoor heated pool and hot tub. Laundry, gym, business center, vending and ice. Coffee available all day. Clean rooms and hot shower. Comfortable bed. Restaurants close by and dollar general store next door if you forgot anything.”
“It's okay for what it is, be prepared for 3 roommates you've never met who don't respect your sleep schedule. Overall opens your eyes and can lead to lifelong friends”

“Ms. Shawn, at the front desk was amazing! She was very pleasant and professional. My family and I stayed here for two nights last week, the breakfast bar was very nice as well. Lastly, we enjoyed being able to swim outside while we were in the hot tub! Good experience overall.”
“Had a great experience. Got to motel after Cedar Point closed and had a sleeping grandson with me. The front desk guy Matt helped me carry my luggage to the room. He also made a trip to the vending machines for me so i wouldn't have to leave my sleeping grandson alone in the room. Later i go to take a bath to soak and relax. The plug wont plug? Again front desk clerk Matt came and fixed the lever so i could soak in a hot tub. Very friendly helpful guy?”

“I stayed here twice with my partner back in May while we were traveling to Illinois. The rooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable. We were especially pleased with the staff here, who were both friendly and conversational (Becky, Melissa, and Pat were the best!). One criticism was that, on our first night, the hallway was a bit noisy. We still returned to this Quality Inn on our ride back, however, and Becky at the front desk was willing to move our room to a quieter area. She went above and beyond, which made up for our first night! We hope to return to this spot the next time we head through Ohio!”

“Very nice hotel, 200+ rooms.... Pools & hot tub by the pool.. Breakfast was also better than the usual free breakfast. The only issue for me is it's very long and if you have issues walking ask for a room closer to the front desk.”

“The rooms were clean and there were no problems getting enough towels and such.
However, the lobby doesn't open until 8, despite it saying it will open at 6 for breakfast. The breakfast is also lackluster with only bananas, cereal, milk, coffee, and honey buns.
The prices were great and the rooms were adequately clean.”
