I was very impressed
I did not realize Ollie's carried as many different things as they do
I went there to purchase a round area rug for my dining room table I also found some other items that I didn't expect to be found at Ollie's

“I’m not sure what all the negativity and complaints are about. I’ve been to this store several times and I’ve never had a problem. I’m not talking for a few things either, but around $100 or so. I have always been able to find everything and I have always had good customer service. If it is really that bad at this store for some, maybe you should stop whining and go somewhere else. No one is forced to come in here against your will. Life is full of choices, including the choice to come here and shop or choose not to.
I can’t stand when people complain about a place so bad, but keep coming back. Clearly it’s not changing to your liking so go elsewhere. If I go in somewhere and don’t like it, I don’t go back. Then if I do choose to go back, well that’s my choice and own fault.”
“Good for basics. Not so great for brands you find in bigger stores. Prices are a little lower though but not on a lot. Maybe call it Sav A Little. Very cute blond cashier always is polite and has a smile. Give her a big raise.”
“Love Dollar Tree. Staff is always helpful n easy going. Holiday decorations by the ton n helium balloons for $1.25. Can't beat that since their at least $4.50-$6 anywhere else. Tons of parking to. Brittney n Randall are Freakin Awesome ??

Again I love this location. One Day I came and they were closed before closing time. I hold nothing over them for that!!! I know nothing of what could have happen in their life! “I live halfway between the Broadview Hts and Independence locations. I always choose the Independence location because of their manager, Bryan. I went in this past Saturday and the store was very busy! The line was longer then usual due to Mothers Day being the next day. Bryan had such great customer service and was so apologetic(even though he didn’t need to be!) all us customers knew he was alone and doing the absolute best he could! It’s so rare nowadays to see people actually providing good customer service and not looking like a robot! Also, Bryan resolved an issue a disgruntled customer was having & Bryan was so patient yet very professional with her!”
