“On this Friday afternoon around 4:30pm I bumbled into the post office looking to ship some items internationally. I really had no clue what I was doing and kept asking the clerks for help. Ms. Lisa, in particular, was extremely patient and helpful, but also to the point with me since I ended up putting her overtime (5:20pm). It made a lot of sense; I was potentially holding something up but I'm so grateful she assisted me regardless. The other gentleman working there was great too. Thank you so much! Merry Christmas”

“This is the best post office. The staff is so friendly. They do kinda have weird hours, but the worker - it's usually only one person - has to take lunch too just like everyone else. Reliable service. The line is usually short.”
“So far, I haven't had any bad days coming here and even with 2 people at the front its pretty quick. Overall, I don't know if they need more help or not but the ladies were kind to me this past weekend as I forgot to do some of my own shipping requirements at home but they helped me and took me as soon as possible afterwards. Explained some information to me, easy as pie. Also followed up if I wanted the stamps and cards, etc.My first time here was late 2021 and it was also pretty empty inside and quick. So both of my trips were simple. Overall, the service wasn't bad for me.”

“My husband and I went to this USPS to mail out the passport for renewal,the lady that served us on 9/9/2023 Saturday afternoon around 1 30 pm is super helpful and friendly.She explained everything to help us understand the steps and how stamp fee is calculated, and showed it in front of us.There was a customer before us kept yelling to her about something, but the lady still helped us with smile and patient. We forgot to ask her name but she deserves a 10 star rating in professional and kindness. We didn’t expect to have great service at USPS before, this experience changed our mind.Manager if you can see this, please consider giving that lady a raise. She’s the best person I have ever met at USPS!”

“I had a great experience at this USPS location! Acy helped me, and she was awesome. She took my passport photo, made sure my renewal application was completed correctly, and got everything off for me! She made the process so easy.I was a little worried because of the negative reviews. The store is not very busy and doesn't have a lot of staff, but I had such a smooth experience. I'll be back at this location when I need to go to the post office again in the future.”

Anyway, if you live in Shaker and are sick of long lines at Warrensville, try this location.
