“As a store manager no matter what business I go in if it's clean and well kept I feel comfortable. The Westerville location was this and more staff great and Kayla the store manager was just over the top greeted me helped me find my product and shared knowledge and stories made me feel well trusted that she had a grip of what I was doing and needed.”

“This past week I had a "little accident" in a nearby parking lot and needed to get it repaired ASAP. I started reaching out to near by auto body shops and no one could take a minute to speak with me to even schedule a time to come back. That is until I stopped in to IBS and crossed paths with Rocco. Of course, they were busy but he actually took 5 minutes to come out and look at my car right then...what? He discussed some options and then I inquired about scheduling an appointment and he replied that one of his guys could do it that afternoon. Wait...what??? They got it done and it looked amazing! I could not believe their level of commitment to customer service. Rocco doesn't know it yet but he has a customer for life...thank you!”

“This rating is for the SERVICE DEPARTMENT and does not reflect on the new car sales department.It's very easy to schedule service online and to make an appointment to drop off your car. I usually leave mine and come back later to pick it up but they have a very nice, very comfortable waiting area. I did wait once in the past and found the waiting area to be very nice.The service advisor who checks you in stays in touch during the process with periodic text messages. And the car is always done when promised. Service also includes a free car wash.To date, I've been impressed that they have never tried to up sell me any extra services - they're good at doing what's required and not pushing the extras,Prices for the routine A1 and B1 services are a little high but generally reasonable.However, during my last visit, I asked them about diagnostics for my backup camera and was shocked when they quoted me $180 just for basic diagnostics. For that price, I can live without a backup camera.Overall - very pleased.”

“We needed a caliper for an Infiniti and for whatever reason this part was proving to be a challenge locating. When calling various parts stores the common part that pops up in computer was not what we needed. There wasn't a single part store that had the particular caliper in stock so it needed to be ordered. Going to the dealership wasnt an option at this point for multiple reasons... So late on this Friday afternoon the mechanic was losing hope that this part would be located before evening/closing. I wasnt giving up & I kept searching online over & over. Inching our way through traffic in downtown Columbus, OH there was a billboard sign that somehow prompted another search and that's when I found Smyth's. I had never seen the name and therefore didn't have much hope but I figured what's one more call, after all I had already phoned countless places, one more couldn't hurt! So I called&half heartedly asked the gentleman "yes do u have blah blah blah blah blah and blah blah blah in stock"? I was SHOCKED! Of all the places I called he was the ONLY one to immediately acknowledge that there is another item apart from the commonly stocked item that I didn't need. To further astonish me I hear him say "YES we have that in stock". It may seem like a trivial story to be excited about but we were in a time crunch, down a vehicle and the thought of missing work and paying for a car repair was lingering over our head. To make the day even better was the cost! I couldn't believe it, not only is it IN STOCK but the money I'm gonna have leftover is more than the entire cost of what other places quoted me but without the wait time of arrival since it was a special order item. This was the best music my ears could've asked for! I now share Smyth Automotive each and every time I see opportunity. I'm so glad to have located this gem!”

“I cannot possibly emphasize enough how wonderful my experience was. Someone without insurance hit me and damaged my bumper and headlight significantly. The insurance company improperly assessed the damage, came out to the body shop a second time, pushed back on everything including a 22 dollar hood emblem!Auchbach owners and staff worked patiently and tirelessly, communicating over and over again to a totally combative and incommunicative insurance agent (who after a MONTH of back and forth, did finally agree to all the fixes because the body shop was RIGHT).The shop communicated with me regularly, were totally transparent, and did a GREAT job on the car. But wait for it...when I picked it up, they had washed the whole car and cleaned, dusted, and shined up the interior as well. WHAT? Service like this simply doesn't exist anymore. SUCH a great group to work with. Totally recommend!!”

“I stopped in to the Body Shop yesterday to see if someone could look at a small amount of damage on my Honda HRV. Madison Dennis waited on me. She was extremely helpful, patient, courteous, friendly and she fixed the damage. I would highly recommend her. I feel like I have made a new friend. She went above and beyond to help me and I appreciate her!”

“I brought my car in with an A/C concern that I thought was going to end up costing me thousands. November was my advisor. She started by putting me at ease about potential repair costs and then informed me that it was covered under a warranty extension. She made my whole year with this info! She continued to provide excellent communication throughout the process and even finished my vehicles repairs a few hours short of the promised time!
