“I came in assuming they could simply scan a QR code and ship it. Unfortunately, that was not the case and it turned into a project. The company I was doing business with did not provide the appropriate QR code. Feruza was quick to correct the situation with a simple work around. While I was working on my portion of the project, Feruza was still at work with other customers. Then she immediately came back to me to help finish the first step. “Paige is the best. I completely forgot about the 2$ charge for printing a return label. I only had a 20$ on me and instead of her making me break the 20$. She waived the fee...or paid it herself. Lol im not sure. Either way....I have more money for plants now. And that makes my day! Also there were atleast 7 people in line and she was seemingly the only one in there at 9:30 am.
