I had an issue with my windows that couldn't be fixed, but Nick let me know what needed to be done and sent me to the Acura dealership where they didn't need to do diagnostic, had the part I needed and was able to fix it immediately. Nick did repair my passenger side mirror with the part I had brought in, saving me lots! I am an old lady who needs to feel that going to a mechanic is going to be a good experience. I am the type of person who actually read reviews before choosing which company I want to do business with. I called Tuesday Aug. 6th and spoke with Jason about my A/C not working as it should. I explained everything that was happening and asked him how much the diagnostic would cost. Now he did say if I had a diagnostic from somewhere else and wanted to get the work done there that they would do it, but they could not provide a warranty on that work because of the diagnostic being done somewhere else...which is very understandable. I was there the next morning getting the work done & he let me know what was wrong with the vehicle which I am thankful for. It was a very simple fix. The young man who actually worked one my A/C did it very efficiently. They were open at 8 o'clock on the dot and Jason was very helpful. He even gave some helpful advice on a situation dealing with my sister's non-working windows! Will definitely be bringing my car there should I have any other troubles!”

“My husband's 2002 Firebird Firehawk is his baby! He was driving down a road with construction and there were man holes sticking almost half a foot above ground throughout. One of them hit the bottom of his door and tore it up along with the rocker panel. He was very upset! We were recommend Dealers Choice by a coworker and they were absolutely right! They did a fantastic job fixing it and the price was very reasonable. We couldn't even tell anything had happened!”

“What a team, we had a flat tire today in the snow and found out they do include spare in many vehicles anymore. They were able fix our tire when others wouldn’t help. “I almost never write Google reviews, but felt compelled to after dealing with Accel (Kettering location) this afternoon. I cannot stress enough just how incredible they were to me.
1) I walked in without an appointment an hour before closing because one of my front headlights was out. The front desk person could not have been any friendlier.
2) A tech came out to the waiting area to discuss the issue with me, gave me reasons why it may have occurred, and options for a resolution.
3) Not only was the price affordable, it made me seriously evaluate why I'd want to drive to the dealer to get my car worked on by them in the future.
4) The car had some snow and ice covering it from a recent snowfall. When it was returned to me, all of it had been removed (without them telling me or me asking for it to be done).
I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THEM!”

I'm a busy guy and it was super easy to get my bike in and tires ordered. Did research before and they hit me with a fair price right off the rip. Hawk even went out of his way to do me a solid. I'll be taking my bike (and cars!) here for the foreseeable future. Thanks guys!”
“I have waited over a year to write a review. Spent 4500 on a transmission rebuild. It lasted through the warranty fine. Im giving five stars because the manager Dan always professional with me. He helped me get a loan, which had low interest. Will come back if my transmission fails again.”
