“I came to get gas, and when getting out of my car a bunch of boys in a box truck started shouting degrading things at me, more derogatory than most men. When i went inside and paid, i asked the cashier (Danielle, i can never thank you enough still!) if she knew how long they had been there and what happened before i walked inside. Without hesitation, she offered to walk outside with me to get my gas. When we got outside and all three of the boys in the truck met eyes with Danielle, she told them they needed to leave and they would trespassed if they didn’t, and that there was no need to harass women going about their day. They left and i was able to safely get my gas. I’m a 5’ tall women, so this happens regularly to me while im getting gas, but Danielle was the first person with the authority to do something about it to ever step in. I can’t thank her enough. I hope whoever has the ability to give her a raise sees this, because she deserves one!! (when i was leaving, i also saw her help an elderly woman up onto the curb and grab the door for her!) Thank you so much again!!!!”

“My prescriptions are quickly filled or are available after the app tells me they are ready. It is well staffed. They never have excuses why something isn't ready. I can clearly see that everyone is working hard in the pharmacy. The front store is always clean and well staffed with knowledgeable and friendly employees , emphasis on well staffed. I would never consider going anywhere else.”

“It's usually clean and tidy here and it's a well-lit corner if you're stopping at night. The coffee isn't really to my taste but I know a lot of people love it and there's a large selection of flavors and roasts. There's also a large selection of hot foods through the day. Sandwiches, pizza by the slice, and other usual fuel station fare like a roller grill and frozen soft drinks. The rest is pretty standard for a modern filling station; beer, candy, soda, overpriced groceries. The restrooms are acceptable but nothing I'd call nice.”

“The GM there is awesome. I have a severe walking handicap so she doesn't even let me carry my stuff back to my car. Then she pumps my gas for me. She's the definition of knowing her customers and knowing what needs to be done for the safety of her customers. I realize that it's not always possible to do this. But it doesn't matter what the price of a gallon, I will continue going there when I need gas. Even though there are closer stations that may be lower in price. I've been to a lot of other Soeedways and BP"s and I never receive that kind of treatment. More places should be that concerned about their customers. I know they don't get that many persons with the great difficulty walking like me. I could only hope to get this type of concerned treatment at any other gas station. I hope that Speedway upper management reads this, and give her appropriate reward for her concerns and knowledge of her customer base. And sometimes self service doesn't mean ignoring the obvious about her regular customers.”
