“Do you like cheap tasty wine, a huge variety of cheese and charcuterie foods, gourmet single-serving frozen food, and unique snacks you won't find elsewhere? Do you like friendly helpful staff who are well trained? Do you like cashiers instead of self-checkout? Trader Joes is one of the few things I miss about California, and I was delighted to find one in Ohio.”

“I enjoy shopping this location. I usually find myself here when I am getting ready for a party, carry-in, or other similar event. The selection is amazing and the store layout is easy to learn and remember. There is usually several items I can choose from regardless of whether I am looking for an entree, a dessert, or any of the other myriad of products available at this store.”

“The dots market on Patterson road is the one I usually go to. My opinion they have the best meat selection in the area. It isn't the top of the line selection but for basics it's perfect. The prices are usually much less than at Kroger's or meijer's in my opinion. Plus there's a larger selection of meats that you can get. If you're looking for a great pork steak, I would recommend shopping here because they are amazing on the grill or on the stove top. You're looking to buy groceries. They don't have a huge selection but they have the basics for what you're looking for. This is certainly not a place to go to if you're looking for a specialty item.”

“My wife and I went in to get a few things she needed to fix something at home for us. The store and it's employees are fine. That particular day, the CUSTOMERS were rude and self centered. They would just stop and leave their carts in the middle of the aisles to go look and pick. I would move a few of the carts left in the way and the customer would say, "Oh, excuse me" and I just gave them a "look".We haven't bought any meat products at ANY Aldi store in a long time. Last time we did, the taste when cooked was not a pleasant experience. The lack of quality of meats isn't just from this store. It's ALL Aldi stores. Mind you, there are many customers who love their meat products so, maybe it is just a few of us who don't like their meats. Their produce is always a good buy.”

“Better produce than Kroger (BY FAR), prices are generally a little higher, but they have significantly better options for pretty good than Kroger as well. If only they could improve their meat offering and check out - I've yet to get through the check out without a minimum of 2 issues requiring a worker. Conversely they do consistently have more self checkout lanes open than Kroger.”

“I found out the hard way that all of the local Kroger Fuel stations close @ 10:00 PM, despite the fact that Google Maps showed them open until 11:00 PM with indication of recent verification from Kroger.”

“I was surprised to find a Chinese market that’s so very well stocked here in Dayton. From live seafood, frozen seafood, meats of all sorts and cuts, fresh vegetables, Chinese herbs, tea, and large selections of Asian snacks.They have way more things than the Far East Mart.The interior layout of things looks a bit messy due to the amount of goods in stock.The cashier was friendly, and convenient parkings out front.Highly recommend by @winedinenvacay”

“Very friendly staff. Almost every time I come in they are always going above and beyond to make my experience great. This particular time I had a young cashier, her name was Breanna and she was very kind as well as her bagger Autumn. I forgot to add my digital coupons but she looked them up for me and took them off for me! Greatly appreciated! It does really suck that you have to wait for someone of age to scan alcohol these days in time. But still had a great experience with these two young ladies.”

“Thank you to Morgan,Sam and other employees including front end manager. They were very patient and nice when I held the line up for a long time on the evening of 2/10/24.I was so embarrassed. I was using the Anthem benefits card.I always use grocery pickup,but needed a few things. I'm in alot of pain from a spine injury,so it affects walking.I wish Anthem would approve online grocery shopping.Thank you Kroger employees from an old 18 year Kroger employee. Looks like professionalism is still no. 1 with Kroger!!!”

“Great store. Everything you need without feelimg like you are in a warehouse. Friendly staff.Dec 2023. This Kroger store is undergoing a major renovation. Today when I went in, I found that the produce section now looks like many of the other produce sections in the much newer and larger Kroger stores. They took over the old drug store that used to be next to the store. About half of the previous drug store is now dedicated to Deli and produce. The produce selection is about three times what it was previously. Everything was well stocked and ready to go.”
