I spoke with Angie who gladly showed me available spaces and their price ranges. She worked so well with my situation in regards to timeframe and military discounts. Restrictions were covered well and how to provide notification once I'm ready to vacate the storage area. It was a very pleasant experience. In the future, should the need arise I won't hesitate to come back to Storage Inns of America. Only had two bugs in my unit after clearing it out for 2 years. My unit was climate control but it still had a bit in condensation in the unit. Maybe from the weather.”

(Except the smallest ones, but they’re still outside accessible you just have to walk your stuff to them from the side) 24/7 access. Would definitely use them again”

“So I went to location n the kiosk was horrible told me so much that I didn’t like I was trying to add my girl n stuff but they kept saying no. The rep just disappeared from the screen I then got a call the next day an it was from Tiffany who was at a different location but offered to help she was cool and told me I could add my girl, went over everything when the kiosk was trying to just hush me n move along I ain’t ready to rent but she pushed my thing out till the 1st so I could rent then. I don’t recommend the kiosk but I do wanna give Tiffany a shout out”

“the owners (pretty sure they are the owners) are fantastic, they are always so friendly and welcoming. I do think some updates could be made, such as repaving the driveways and fixing the rubbed off numbers on the gate entry, but i think it’s a fair price and the inside is always clean.”

I came in with a trunk full of chaos and the emotional stability of a wet cardboard box. Sam took one look at my mess, smiled like she’s seen worse (she probably has), and proceeded to orchestrate a storage plan so efficient I think NASA should hire her.
She didn’t just rent me a unit—she gave me closure. I left knowing my belongings were safer than most people’s retirement accounts.
Sam has the grace of a ballet dancer maneuvering hand trucks and the intuition of someone who knows you’re going to forget your gate code and already wrote it down for you. She even gave my lava lamp a pep talk before I locked up. I trust her with my stuff, my secrets, and possibly my soul.
5 stars. 12/10. Would store again just to hang out.”
“We moved our household and vehicle from southwest Ohio to Arizona with Stacey Moving and Storage. From start to finish, our experience was just what you want it to be-experienced, professional and efficient. We knew the estimate of our move was binding, and could plan for the costs accordingly. Our final invoice proved to be even less, based on the weight of our household goods. Our personable moving coordinator kept us up to date on planning and execution of the move; she was also readily available to answer questions. Packing and loading/unloading crew on both ends of the move were pleasant, experienced and careful with our goods, and were great with our dog. Our driver was thorough with documentation and clearly communicated the arrival date of our goods. While a cross country move is stressful, Stacey made it about as simple as it could be.”
