“This is the place, to find all manner of Real-Live heavy duty "Marine Supplies"! (They were originally, a "Ship Chandler", as I understand...) I have also bought many pieces of hardware useful for tree trimming, over the years, from Samsel. They are splicers of wire, as well and can make your cables "Taylor Made" for your particular application. Very high quality hand tools here, as well.”

“The ONLY Harbor Freight I will ever shop at again! Great customer service with knowledgeable, friendly, very helpful staff and a super manager! And they always, always have everything in stock, including all the sale/specials items that the other Harbor Freight stores never seem to have, even on the first day of their sales. And no pressure to join their “Member-Only” club, which the other stores are relentless about. Very clean, well-organized aisles make this location a pleasure to do business with. “So sorry this took me so long. When I went to Airgas it was October 2nd. I had a problem with my oxygen. When opening the valve it made a popping noise and oxygen was escaping. I called Airgas and spoke with Leahbain, she basically diagnosed it over the phone. I traveled to the store to buy an oxygen regulator after speaking with Leahbain and discussing my options and due to the age of my equipment. I purchased a (85801-300-DLX) Torch Kit. Installed just the regulator and the oxygen worked perfectly. Then I installed the other regulator, torch and hoses. Works great right decision.

“Found out about this Hardware store from a BIG BOX employee when I could not find what I wanted. He told me if they don't have what you are looking for you are out of luck. So, I gave it a try and have been back often. Great place it reminded me of the neighborhood hardware stores where I grew up.
THEY provide MANY services one of which I will be back for soon is Screen repairs.

As someone who owns and rehabs old houses, it’s a cool place to shop (or just browse some of the classiest and also weirdest stuff from the past).But, I also tend to have a lot of cool stuff that I’ve removed from houses but had no use for. I brought a bunch of stuff down ( you need to have an appointment first) and the ladies were awesome at inventorying and pricing it and it’s been selling WAY faster and with less hassle to me when I’ve used Craig’s, marketplace, etc.”

“I just had to share the amazing service I received from Ray and Kevin at E&H Ace Hardware in Westlake, Ohio. These guys are absolute lifesavers!
I brought in my EGO electric power mower for repair, and Ray and Kevin were incredibly welcoming and helpful from the get-go. They wasted no time in assessing the issue and explaining what needed to be done.
What really blew me away was how quickly they got the job done. I dropped off my mower in the morning, and by the end of the day, it was fixed and ready to go! Plus, they made sure to handle everything under my warranty, which saved me a ton of hassle.

My mom called the president of the company his name was Dan. He proceeded to help my parents get everything squared away. “First for everything. Never been in E&H. Just came here from SC visiting family and I had such an amazing experience here with Kara and Dzmetri. Outstanding customer service from these 2 employees and I mean outstanding service. Well mannered and simply delivered! I spent a while in this store and noticed the two of them working hard with answering customers concerns while handling multiple customers. Both will multitask and go from one end of the store to the other. Edit: I provided an unfair review as I was frustrated by their part in a frustrating process. DeWalt customer service directed me to them through their online portal and after driving for 45 minutes to get there was turned away and given a different company another 20 minutes away.
They were friendly and helpful, but unable to help with my problem so cannot judge quality of service.”

“Had to have my riding mower picked up for repair. That cost was $60 dollars which I thought was high but what can you do if you have no other way to drop off. The part Needed was unavailable and had to be ordered, took like 6 weeks. Once in, Puritas fixed in about 3 days. They repaired my mower and all is good. The price was reasonable and I'd use again.”
“Jasmine at the Brookpark store in Cleveland is amazing! She went above and beyond fur customer service standards.
I love Menards in general and wish there was one closer. On this visit, Jasmine helped with getting a gas dryer at a moments notice, answered questions about the product, helped us find all the accessories and had the dryer waiting at the counter for us!!

“Normally this store and location are great. The staff here is always willing to assist.
But today I encountered a horrific issue with an online purchase.
I saw the item on line and since I had to go to the store wanted to order it there but have it sent to another person as a surprise gift.
The sales clerk told me I could do it on line on their computer but I didn't have my glasses so she assisted after I asked. After several attempts to get the information correct, she put the name and address in for the recipient. When everything was done, the system continued to go back to my home address. She stated it was because of the credit card and would have to be shipped to my home.
I can understand I had not been in the store and maybe they thought it was scammer using my credit card info but no, I was there in person.
I had the cash with me but apparently the order requires credit cards.
This will make me hesitant to order anything from the store in the future and only do in store shopping. This needs to be addressed as I am sure other people have had issues with on line ordering.”
