“I love Sutton Hardware. I discovered them when I moved to Cleveland in 2014 and every interaction I have had here has been great. Today, I dropped off two storm windows for repair with Bob. He stated that their turnaround time would be about 5 days (drop off Thursday morning, ready Monday or Tuesday), which is faster than most other local hardware stores. I agreed and asked that if one of them could be done sooner, it would be helpful as it was the only window at the house. Long story short, they were ready by close of business today at 5pm.Side note, at least one other local hardware store wanted to charge an extra $40 to expedite my windows, with no guarantee when they'd be done.The folks at Sutton continue to earn my business, even though they are not the closest hardware store to me. I can't recommend them highly enough.”

“Now they have what you need for boating. They serve the commercial shipping and boating community. They welcome your pleasure boating circle too. I stopped in to buy a gift for a sailer freind, got him a new Tiller for his 27 ft Catalina sail boat. And it was half the price of another yacht supply store. Tell them Joe sent you when you stop in. They will say Joe Who.... that's me ?.And why not give me a thumbs up too ?”
“Purchased a Ariens Snow Blower there today. The salesman Eric was very Knowledgeable and helpful. Took his time showing a used unit along with new. Went with a new unit. He went over the unit completely. Having it delivered. Looking forward to a lasting relationship with T & S. First rate outfit.”
“This place is awesome! As someone who owns and rehabs old houses, it’s a cool place to shop (or just browse some of the classiest and also weirdest stuff from the past).But, I also tend to have a lot of cool stuff that I’ve removed from houses but had no use for. I brought a bunch of stuff down ( you need to have an appointment first) and the ladies were awesome at inventorying and pricing it and it’s been selling WAY faster and with less hassle to me when I’ve used Craig’s, marketplace, etc.”
“So many different kinds and colors and finishes. A lot of darker colors tho. Would definitely recommend to anyone trying to cut down on the cost of their renovation or remodeling project. Try there first for sure. Also have brushes, tarps, tapes, rollers, roller pans etc.... and u can't really beat the prices”
“Had my truck upfitted here and they did a great job communicating with calls and texts and even sent pics back and forth to get my upfit perfect. 2 years later i needed some parts that broke on my ladder rack. These guys warranteed the broken parts and helped me upgrade some things as well. They mailed me my parts which arrived the next day and made the transaction as easy as possible, once again communicating very thoroughly through text. Couldnt recommend them enough!”

“Needed some lumber for a swing I was making my wife. Not good at picking it out but can put together anything you give me. I got sent here by another lumber yard who did have what I needed.The people here were so nice. The helpfulness I experienced from paying to getting loaded was top notch! The guy loading showed me how to properly look at wood & see the flaws for the future. And was careful loading it in suv. I will forever buy any lumber I need from. Them do to not making me feel stupid bc I wasn't sure how to pick the wood.They also told me how to store the wood until I was ready to build with it.Thank you for having the great customer service & care still!”

“I had a fantastic experience here. I had lost a piece on our drill bit assembly when I took it apart to remove a bit that was stuck. Other places were going to require us to buy the whole bit holder assembly rather than only the missing piece. Tri-County didn't, and fixed it quickly while I waited. “I've always liked a well stocked hardware store. They always seem to have the fittings, fasteners, hardware, oddball tool and a myriad of painting supplies. This ACE hardware store is no exception. You can wander around and browse or can be helped immediately by trained, experienced staff. Unlike the big box stores, there are folks available AND knowledgeable and familiar with the store inventory. In our city, a road widening project wiped out our only hardware store and it's greatly missed.”
