Contractors can set-up accounts for employees, or individuals can use cash/card. They carry tons of Milwaukee power tools, hardware, pack-out, hands tools, trade tools. As well as several other name brands. My favorite section is their hardware section. It’s fully stocked 80% of the time and they have EVERYTHING! For all trades and DIY. Metric and SAE”

“Staff here is always friendly and helpful. Stopped in yesterday with an exchange for a defective item along with a cart full of other purchases and a bunch of coupons. Their system didn't want to cooperate and some of the discounts had to be looked up manually but the manager Foster managed to take care of it for me, all with a smile and without making me feel bad for needing additional help. He even called in a coworker to help the folks lining up behind me while we figured things out. Thanks for your professionalism! It's so rare these days!”
“The ONLY Harbor Freight I will ever shop at again! Great customer service with knowledgeable, friendly, very helpful staff and a super manager! And they always, always have everything in stock, including all the sale/specials items that the other Harbor Freight stores never seem to have, even on the first day of their sales. And no pressure to join their “Member-Only” club, which the other stores are relentless about. Very clean, well-organized aisles make this location a pleasure to do business with. I’ve save a lot of $ shopping here & have gotten some helpful advice as well. Highly recommend this place!”

“So sorry this took me so long. When I went to Airgas it was October 2nd. I had a problem with my oxygen. When opening the valve it made a popping noise and oxygen was escaping. I called Airgas and spoke with Leahbain, she basically diagnosed it over the phone. I traveled to the store to buy an oxygen regulator after speaking with Leahbain and discussing my options and due to the age of my equipment. I purchased a (85801-300-DLX) Torch Kit. Installed just the regulator and the oxygen worked perfectly. Then I installed the other regulator, torch and hoses. Works great right decision.

As someone who owns and rehabs old houses, it’s a cool place to shop (or just browse some of the classiest and also weirdest stuff from the past).But, I also tend to have a lot of cool stuff that I’ve removed from houses but had no use for. I brought a bunch of stuff down ( you need to have an appointment first) and the ladies were awesome at inventorying and pricing it and it’s been selling WAY faster and with less hassle to me when I’ve used Craig’s, marketplace, etc.”

“I was having a rare problem with a new Makita miter saw not cutting straight- made slightly curved cuts. It appeared the rails and blade weren't parallel. Out of warranty, so brought it to Tri- County Power Tool. Everyone was extremely nice and I really appreciated them taking the time to listen and to explain details. They figured out the adjustment to the rails and told me exactly what to do if it happens again. Excellent experience. Very nice to work with good, honest people!”
“My parents recently purchased a walk in shower for their home. They had a lot of issues when ordering the right style and parts to go with our shower and it put them behind with installation. My mom called the president of the company his name was Dan. He proceeded to help my parents get everything squared away. Raymal at the front end and Roberta at customer service got me all figured out and helped me arrange everything exactly how I wanted it after I screwed it up a bit. These two are stellar employees, especially Raymal since I doubt he had to be as accommodating as he was. “Normally this store and location are great. The staff here is always willing to assist.
But today I encountered a horrific issue with an online purchase.
I saw the item on line and since I had to go to the store wanted to order it there but have it sent to another person as a surprise gift.
The sales clerk told me I could do it on line on their computer but I didn't have my glasses so she assisted after I asked. After several attempts to get the information correct, she put the name and address in for the recipient. When everything was done, the system continued to go back to my home address. She stated it was because of the credit card and would have to be shipped to my home.
I can understand I had not been in the store and maybe they thought it was scammer using my credit card info but no, I was there in person.
I had the cash with me but apparently the order requires credit cards.
This will make me hesitant to order anything from the store in the future and only do in store shopping. This needs to be addressed as I am sure other people have had issues with on line ordering.”
