“I seldom write reviews, as I expect people to do what they are paid to do. I am, however, taking the time to write this review of the service we received from Osgar’s body shop in Mansfield. I hit a deer recently and we took our Honda CR-V to them. Everyone was friendly, very knowledgeable, and professional. They kept us up on all aspects of our repairs, did absolutely EXCEPTIONAL work, and had everything completed in a matter of a few DAYS, far quicker than we expected. They kept in touch with our insurance, and rental car agency, and literally made the entire experience as effortless as possible. I can’t say enough about how far above and beyond our expectations they were. I wouldn’t hesitate to, highly recommend them, and will not consider going anywhere else if we ever need work done again.”

“I cannot praise this team enough. I was driving from Cincinnati to Akron when suddenly smoke started coming out from under my hood about a mile south of the Mansfield exit coming north on 271. I limped the car slowly to the Walmart just off the exit.. they weren’t able to look at it, but there was a kind stranger there that directed me to B&B. I slowly but surely got the car the 5 miles over to them and I am so very grateful I did.I have never felt more cared for in a shop. From the minute I walked in and greeted by Bob I felt I was in a clean and safe environment, and they were going to figure out what happened. Matt asked me lots of questions, and Rob got to work on figuring it out. Nearest we could figure was the oil was overfilled and blew out on the engine causing all the smoke. They cleaned up the mess in my engine, and got me back on my way.I will be forever grateful for their kindness, and HIGHLY recommend the shop. Honest and kind people. “To start with I was very apprehensive about buying another car because of a certain crumby dealership in Orville that I had bought a car from recently that made the process difficult and troublesome. Then I came across these wonderful people I showed up intending to trade up and get a reliable car with great mpg that I saw online the salesman Leland was fantastic he came out the door keys in hand ready to roll. We took it for a spin and fell in love with it but when it came down to talk numbers it was going to be a bit out of budget because the car I intended to trade in that wasn't even a year in my posestion had a lot of problems that not the dealer in Orville or any of the mechanics I had taken it to previously had caught. The manger was very experienced and professional inspected it himself and told me everything that would need done if I drove away in my original car and gave me his price he's willing to pay after hearing all of it I found his price to be more then fair. When that was settled we filled out the paper work for the loan I was in need of so we sent that in and not even an hour later got word that we were a go and I was approved not to mention the whole time we were waiting we had great conversation with Leland and got to know him more. When it was time to select extra insurance and other things we were sent back to another nice gentleman who was able to work the price to make sure I was able to get gap insurance and still stay in my budget for monthly payments. I plan on only dealing with them from now on for all my maintenance and future car buying. Thank you all so much.”

“The Auto Clinic is incredibly fast , trustworthy, reliable, skilled and very reasonably priced. I always walk out of there supprised at how cheep the bill and amazed at the thoroughness of the service. This might be strange to say, but I'm honestly grateful that I can take my Mini Cooper here and I don't have to worry about crazy high labor times or the mistake/misunderstandings I've had everywhere else. Other places have botched oil changes and then mistook that spilled oil for an engine leak. But when I came to the clinic saying I had a leak, they found the "cause" and cleaned the whole thing up super cheep.”

“Franklin Body is a diamond in the rough!!! Just a group of really talented guys that love to work on vehicles!! Their passion to show off their skill sets really shows up in the finished product!! I took my old 2000 Chevy cargo van to Franklin's to have him look under my van. The van has really just sat in the driveway since COVID 19. I put a battery in it and got under it to change the oil when I was horrified to see the rust holes through the frame of the vehicle!! A dealership told me to take it to the junkyard to scrap it out. Dennis (the Owner) told me to bring it in so he could see it. Wow,, was he confident!! He said give him 4 days and he'll take care of it. I get a call two days later telling me it's done. I'm more than pleased with the work. I simply couldn't believe my eyes!! When I looked under the vehicle, I literally said to myself "I need to pay this guy more money!!". Yep, it was that good!! For the easy body work to the challenging body work, this place can handle it!! Really cool guys doing what they Love to do!!
