“This seems to be a really nice little store. They were really helpful every time i've been in the store, and it's really maintained nicely as well. They always seem to have the newest phones out, and other devices. And just like every other MetroPCS you can walk in and pay your bill there as well. So other than having all the nice devices that's out at the time, and bring decently taken care of, it's the people that work there to me that is what makes it worth going and shopping there, and even though I'm with T-Mobile now I still stop in there for phone cases and things like that because it's always cheaper to get it from them there than it is at the T-Mobile store that's in the same shopping center.”

“Went in to check out a new phone, and Trent was so incredibly helpful! He explained the difference between the models and had the one I wanted in stock that was fully charged, he explained the process as he breezed through everything. All contacts and apps successfully transferred. The whole time, incredibly professional and friendly. This is not the only time I have been into this store, and every time I have gone in every person who has been there has been helpful and knowledgeable. Today it was Trent, and he was wonderful! I went home not only with a brand new phone, but also a new Internet gateway that works better than the one I had before, and he set everything up so when I got home, all I had to do was plug it in! I highly recommend T-Mobile and specifically this store - Thank you, Trent!”
“Overall, I found this store to be helpful. We found the trade in process to be very frustrating. I stopped in this store and they told me I could trade in our phones there. It's a good thing, because I did not receive the right materials to mail them back. We have 2 phones and I received 1 envelope. I called and was told I should have 2 envelopes. Verizon customer service told me on the phone they would send another envelope and box. I called again 10 days later. To this day, I have never received the materials! Since there is a deadline to send the trade ins, I was getting stressed about it. It should not be that hard to do an online trade in! The reps at this store were helpful.”
