They are by appointment but my appointment is 8 am to 3 pm, they said your delivery appointment is tomorrow, but they accept my load same day. I did check in 7 am, I got call 7:30 empty 8 am.”

“I have used public storage for years, and I can't give enough credit to a few special Property Managers who just go above and beyond for customers everyday and are the true heart of the company! My first experience with a PM was Amy. Wow, I've never met a harder worker, yet the best customer service, someone who truly cares about every single customer. That is so rare especially these days! Sadly Amy left the Property to another, I never expected to get another PM just as equally amazing! Valerie is awesome, same work ethics and cares! Honestly these 2 people are the face of the company and why I have stayed and come back! Public Storage why aren't these 2 people moved up yet!?!? Companies these days lack a lot in employees but these two Property Managers are your gems! Better hold onto them!”

“I was helping a friend swap storage units and the amount of stuff I saw in this unit was just astonishing. I think he found 2 regular sized cars inside this unit and let me tell you the trash that was also in this unit was just unbelievable and if you rent the unit from the company can someone please tell me why they don't allow you to use their dumpster for trash removal?? and what about rocks? Yes we found large rocks in the unit and we weren't even allowed to leave the rocks along the fence line.. A little bit annoying with all the patroling that was done by the employee. I mean just get some camera's and watch them instead of driving around and being invasive. I did end up liking the staff and my friend likes the place so I will give out 5 stars.”
“I never thought I would ever need a storage unit, but for a brief time of moving, I do! I called another place and they wanted me to bring in my homeowners insurance policy and pay for a lock, etc. RHS was much easier to work with and cost less too. The gate always works fine when I go, and I feel safe going to the unit by myself.”
“I would recommend. You can easily sign up online and once they get your credit card info they will tell you your rental unit number and the pass code to get in. It's open 24/7. The only thing you have to do is stop by the office to get your keys because they supply the lock that's already on the unit. It's clean, well lit and the office is loaded with TV screens with security footage. The gentleman working the front desk showed me how the lock worked and was very friendly.”
“Sheds are nice and very clean. I appreciate that I can call and request a shed and get immediate access to it. My biggest complaint is having to download apps and then so does my husband to share entry. I didn’t understand the method and had to get my daughter to do it. Very frustrating indeed.”
“Great storage. I store my lawn equipment here due to not having a garage but it works out great keeps everything dry and safe and another big plus is they also own a small engine repair business connected to it and boy oh boy have they saved me keeping my equipment running good.”

“This company delivered and unpacked my household goods that hda been shipped from overseas. They did an outstanding job! Arman was the driver and he was great to work with and made sure his workers did things right. William was one of the guys on the team and he was outstanding as well. They all shook my hands and were very courtous. They put down a runner into the house and on the 2nd floor to keep my floors and carpet as clean as possible. They asked where I wanted things and were very polite about asking for ice, water, and for use of the fridge for their water or lunch. William didn't want to touch my faucet since his hands weren't clean at one point, so he asked me to turn it on so he could refill his water bottle. I was extremely impressed with their manners. They also did a good job unloading and placing boxes and furniture, making sure to move furniture by lifting instead of pushing it across the floor. One worker accidentally scraped a small spot our wall. He came to me and apologized, and the driver helped me fill out a claim form for the damage. (It was a simple fix - a little mud & paint.) (That one worker was the only one with any faults; the others were perfect.) They gave me their contact information so they could pick up the empty boxes when I was done with the ones I didn't want them to unpack. They came promptly. I HIGHLY recommend this company!”
