βI Have dealt with Car-go storage for over 14 years while storing overflow of furniture and household goods to be donated to needy families in and around the Columbus area. My experiences have been very good with friendly and professional assistance from those in the office. Storage areas are always clean and well kept. Office always is always tidy and smelling amazing! I dealt mostly with Erin Shaw, who has an awesome personality for handling all types of customers. I would recommend using Car-go Storage for all storage needs.β
βWhat a god sent crew! I was trying to keep my price down, and only have them move a few things. (Life, you know) and they still took all the extra and did not go out of my price range. I am so grateful for this company. And would recommend to anyone. Also bonus. Everything came out great. We never used movers before. And we were prepared to take a loss on some items during the move. Nope. Perfection. I can go on and on. These guys are great. Friendly, hard working, fast. Tip them well! They deserve it all. This is a short term move and plan to use them again, if they will accept us, and all of our crap. 🤣😭.β

βSmooth sailing for the check in online and In-person to sign the lease. Ladies at the front desk were chill. Storage area was fine except the ceiling of it wasn't finished. But it didn't leak when I went to check on it. Everything appears to be in good shape so far.β

She made everything easy and answered all my questions with a great attitude. The facility was clean and well-maintained, and the customer service was excellent. I definitely recommend this location and Qiara to anyone looking for a storage unit!β
βI never thought I would ever need a storage unit, but for a brief time of moving, I do! I called another place and they wanted me to bring in my homeowners insurance policy and pay for a lock, etc. RHS was much easier to work with and cost less too. The gate always works fine when I go, and I feel safe going to the unit by myself.β

They are by appointment but my appointment is 8 am to 3 pm, they said your delivery appointment is tomorrow, but they accept my load same day. I did check in 7 am, I got call 7:30 empty 8 am.β
βWe have been a customer here for 15 years always great customer service. Diane is so nice and caring she always responds to my calls. We have had three different storage units here never a problem. We also have our motor home there. Thank you Spare Space for your excellent service.β
βI been with cargo self storage for years and never had a problem with them and i like how they have cameras. No one ever broke in my storage its a good area and the owners and workers are so nice if you have a issue with something they will fix itβ

Kelly has went above and beyond. She is on top of her job with having information ready to go when needed. I would recommend the groveport location as you will always have a clean environment and reliable staff you can count on.β

βGreat storage. I store my lawn equipment here due to not having a garage but it works out great keeps everything dry and safe and another big plus is they also own a small engine repair business connected to it and boy oh boy have they saved me keeping my equipment running good.β
βI would recommend. You can easily sign up online and once they get your credit card info they will tell you your rental unit number and the pass code to get in. It's open 24/7. The only thing you have to do is stop by the office to get your keys because they supply the lock that's already on the unit. It's clean, well lit and the office is loaded with TV screens with security footage. The gentleman working the front desk showed me how the lock worked and was very friendly.β
βLuis was absolutely AMAZING. He called and gave me an ETA (and was on-time!), and helped determine the best spot to place my container for easy loading. Will definitely continue to use him for all of my storage needs!β
βNew customer for this site. Angela helped with finishing my rental agreement. And assisted me the next day when I was having issues getting the latch open on my unit. She's awesome!β

βWe needed a storage unit near our new home, and Viking was a perfect location. We couldn't be more pleased with the service, communication, security, cleanliness and price. I would highly recommend Viking storage for any time frame, (short or long) of storage you need. The owners are very nice, accommodating and professional. I would give them 10 stars if the rating would let me.
