“I absolutely love living at Galbraith Pointe! This is by far the best apartment community I’ve ever lived in. The property is always clean, well-kept, and peaceful, and the pool is beautiful and always a great bonus. The staff is also amazing—they respond so quickly whenever I have an issue, even after hours, which is something I really appreciate. You can tell they genuinely care about their residents and take pride in the community. I’m very happy to call Galbraith Pointe home and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to live!”
“I lived at these apartments from 2024-2026 and they were incredible. The apartments were newly updated and in good condition. What set these apartments apart from the rest was the staff. Alex, Todd, and Jason were great and I couldn't have asked for better. Also, the maintenance crew was great also. Most maintenance was completed same day and was done well. Overall, I would recommend this place to close family and friends!”
“We moved into Ivy Hills Living Places in February 2026 and couldn’t be happier! First, we feel like it’s a great deal for the amount of living space, bedrooms, bathrooms, and outdoor space that you get. Second, the leasing agreement process was straightforward, easy to understand and the staff answered all of our questions quickly and made the move in process very easy. Any maintenance issues have been dealt with immediately with no pushback. Dakota, Kaelie and Daniel have all been great to work with, very responsive and always seem happy to help. The location is in great proximity to Downtown, Kenwood, and Eastgate, but you feel like you’re away from the busy parts of those areas. We would highly recommend IHLP - if you’re looking for an apartment or townhouse, definitely check it out!”

“Super highly recommend West Chester Place if you're looking for an apartment in the area. I stayed in a 2b unit from 2019-2024 (purchased a house) and only good things to say about it. Bill was a really great landlord and I'd see/chat with him around the complex when I would walk my pup.
I lived here for a good chunk of time and I feel the rent/pricing was always more than fair and stayed pretty consistent considering the size of the unit that I was in.”

“Overall good responsiveness and attention to detail for tenants. We have enjoyed our stay and think highly of the community. Minor issues to report. The Wifi has not worked in the conference room, nor in the fitness room (one of the two Peloton bikes has remained off for several months). Carpet vacuuming is not frequent enough in the fitness room. Takeout cups not reliably available next to the coffee machine. Most aspects of the upkeep are nicely done. It is overall a beautiful building and has all the amenities that make life enjoyable. ?”

“Jay in maintenance is a rock star. Always takes care of things right away, patient, explains details on calls or in notes, and has a great sense of humor. Feels like a favorite family member comes with the apartment.”
“Overall a decent place to live. I would say the newness of it is starting to wear off but overall pretty decent.
Pros:
- Leasing staff and maintenance is great. Leslie and Jason were at a previous place I lived and they do an amazing job. Heather the Property Manager does a great job as well and will go above and beyond to fix issues like parked buses running all night long out front. Buses no longer sit out front now due to her hard work.
- Nice unit layouts. Probably the largest in the city if I had a guess.
- Nice amenities, but not overly great but nice
- Staff does a great job with community social events
- Bonus is when packages pile up and if time allows the staff will place them at your door for you so you don't have to go to the locker room. Very thoughtful gesture on their end.
Cons:
- Over the past couple months people stopped cleaning up after their dogs outside. It is pretty much just dog waste everywhere an area of grass is nearby. At this point you will have to walk a couple of blocks to find an area where your dog isn't walking through waste and then tracking it inside.
- It does get a bit dirty in the common areas on the weekends especially Sunday.”
“We had a great experience living at DeSales Flats for the past two years. It’s a peaceful and quiet community in a convenient location, close to downtown Cincinnati and also near Oakley and Hyde Park. A special shoutout to Paige for all her help and support from day one. The maintenance team was also very responsive and handled requests quickly, especially Kevin, who was always incredibly helpful. Overall, it was a wonderful place to call home, and we’ll miss living there!”

“The entire team of Savoy is OUTSTANDING!!!! The property office has the perfect team in Hannah (Property Manager) and Mckenna (Leasing Consultant). The maintenance team is just as superb. Danny (Senior Maintenance Supervisor), John, and Damian made sure any work order; maintenance emergency; or weather impact was handled professionally, swiftly, and with compassion. ALL common maintenance issues were completed in under 24hrs of notification. Emergencies were handled with the proper attention. Any major issues were communicated and completed in a timely manner, with little to no inconvenience.
Hannah and Mckenna made the property feel like a home. They took every concern, from minute to extreme, the same way. The property office nurtured a tight knit feel for the community. I would recommend Savoy to EVERYONE looking to live in a community where kids are safe; adults enjoy fantastic community events; and a staff that genuinely cares about the people. HILLS Properties has a gold mine in Savoy.”
“Walnut creek townhomes is good and quiet neighborhood community. Townhomes interior architecture is good, management and maintenance teams are active and respond to complaints in timely manner.”
“I lived here for 4 years and would have absolutely renewed for a 5th if I were still living in Cincinnati. Emily and the entire staff do an amazing job taking care of residents. The building is in a great location, has spacious units, and an awesome rooftop. I can’t recommend living at The Reserve enough!”
“This apartment complex is beautiful clean and quiet.! I love it. I've lived here for a short while but any problems or maintenance issues I've had have been attended to in an appropriate manner. Our new property manager Mahalia and maintenance team Keith are exceptional in courteous customer service. I genuinely enjoy where I live.”
“I love living at The Villas of Kingswood. The yards are highly groomed and if you ever have a problem, just put in a call and your problem is solved. This is a wonderful quiet place to live, I’m very pleased.”

“I toured northgate meadows today and had an amazing experience! My first tour was a little bit of miscommunication but everthing was made right today one of the managers even sung to me it was so sweet I almost cried lol the energy was amazing , the 3 bedroom townhome I seen was beautiful , clean and spacious! The grounds are well kept and clean , you guys answered all my questions and was very sweet! you can tell you guys really take pride in your community, I’m about to complete my application now because I knw these go fast”

“A beautiful and well-maintained property in the heart of downtown cincinnati. Conveniently located, reasonably priced, stunning views, large windows with natural light pouring in, and one could never forget to mention that rooftop pool and lounge area.
The staff is truly a delight- maintenance responds quickly to provide speedy resolve to any issues that may arise. Emily, the property manager, is incredibly knowledgeable in all aspects- property management, downtown in general, and so much more. She goes above and beyond for everyone, from her staff to the residents whom reside at Garfield Tower.”

“It's the 99.9% FANTASTIC staff! I I love the secretary .He is my favorite person! Mostly all the maintenance people are great! The guy that came today to fix screen door and an outlet -finished things quickly and professionally. It was kind, Mr. Jackson along with Ray. I was extra happy with the storage unit . Also 2 or 3 weeks ago the most recent new maintenance gentleman was here to fix closet doors. Which arshose doors are cheap and flimsy and fight back like Baby Face himself. Yes, that's a shoutout to THE YO (Youngstown Ohio) Employees are the reason I like it here so much more than NA properties. They manage Gettysburg in Fort Thomas.”
“I don't know the men that were driving the snow plows but my
heartfelt thanks and appreciation. the weather was terrible and
the first time I saw them they cleared the driveway and by the time
they drove away it was already covered. They came back two
more times and when it finally stopped snowing our walkways and driveways were cleared enough that if necessary we could
all get out. Again a sincere thank you.”
“We love living at The Baldwin. The wall of windows and high ceilings are amazing. The party room is a wonderful place for gatherings with pool tables, shuffle board, TVs, and lots of seating options. The residents are friendly and the almost monthly resident events offer opportunities to meet your neighbors. The management team takes care of any issues in an efficient manner.”
“This is honestly one of the nicest apartments I have ever lived in. Maintenance needs are taken care of quickly and efficiently (William is awesome!), and the community spaces (mail, laundry, entry) are always clean. I love that only cats are allowed here; I don't have to worry about my cat encountering a dog around the building when we go out for a walk. My utility costs are relatively low, and the windows are amazing--they are 6ft.(ish) tall and let in SO much light!”
“Amazing move-in experience! I just moved into Roebling Row and Jessica has been amazing throughout the process. I moved in during a crazy time (July 4th weekend) and Jessica was patient and great with responding to my 30+ questions during the process. I highly recommend Roebling Row as it’s walking distance to pretty much everything and the apartment itself is nice and spacious!”

The rooms are also high quality and provide enough space to work, play and still have enough room for all the puppy toys!”
