“I had an early appointment and was unable to fuel the night before. I made my appointment It was very low on fuel. I need a fuel station that was close and I prefer the Kroger fuel station because of the points that I had awaiting me. I searched the app. He gave me the price of the gas and that the area had a Kroger’s fueling station very close. It was a great experience for me because Kroger seem to have more fuel points than any other place that provides gasoline and that was a benefit for me that day. $.25 off per gallon also helped.?”

“As a long time client and membership holder for well over 10 years I have to leave some constructive feedback. Most vacuums have been failing (extremely poor suction) for some time, the “tire bright” is spotty at best and the newer staff do less than an acceptable job of drying off my vehicle. I still tip the staff and continue to be a customer. Again, just some constructive feedback.”

“Without a doubt Kroger has the best rewards / fuel points program around. Spend$1 get 1 point, redeem for pennies or $off the price you pay for fuel. With Kroger pay I don't even need my credit or debit card out of my wallet and that makes filling my tank a better experience. I find the pumps are cleaner, prices competitive, and windows wash supplies including paper towels are stocked and fresh, snacks and drinks are available to buy a well and some if not most locations I can fuel up 24 hours a day with the convenience of attendant free fuel centers. I rarely ever get fuel anywhere else.”
“Stopped for gas and low and behold they had a bar where you could buy a shot of booze, pick your poison and they had it.Much better prices than any bar I've ever been to.Next time I pass that way and not working I'll definitely grab on for the road!”
“I would like to update my review. We currently moved and this is our go to neighborhood grocery store if we can't get certain items from Aldi. This not a Marketplace however it's got the the stuff we need. A pharmacy, deli, seafood, meat section all fresh, nice wine/beer aisle. Not a huge selection like the marketplace but I like it just fine. Everything is categorized and it's clean. We had 3 of the staff greet us (all in one visit) and was super friendly/helpful. Even though this is an older Kroger. It does the job for us. It's not extremely busy like some locations.”

“I've been looking for a trustworthy mechanic for almost 15 years. I had someone I used in the UK but not since I moved here. Came highly recommended by a friend who has been using them for years. Fair pricing and honest opinions. Told not to bother with certain things that I'm sure other shops would have tried to get me to do. Yes, they book 2 weeks out but I'd say that's a pretty good sign when you think about it..... Doing business like this keeps people coming back. They just added another one to their repeat customer list. I'm so happy I have finally found a shop like this!!!!Services: Oil change”

“It was close to Mason High School and there when I needed it. I was at an event at Mason High Schooland need to find a really close gas station. This one was close and easy to navigate to. It was an easy pull in from the street and had exits out both sides as it was on a corner. The gas price was definitely competitive. There was a small little store with it.”

“I go to this Shell almost every day if not every other! The busiest gas station I have ever seen.I never had to wait long and find stuff always stocked and clean!! They alwats have lotto line running smooth without holding up the cashier lines. I will say one thing for sure! They have the most beautiful women working here!! Every ONE OF THEM SMILING AND TALK TO YOU LIKE FAMILY! Yesterday I had a make cashier who made sure he told me about the Kriger and Shell.cards and rewards! He threw a couple jokes in and I left smiling AGAIN!! But don't leave anything I your car unsecured, I did see a few snatch and grabs fro. Rolled down windows WHICH IS ENTIRELY THE FAULT of whoever felt it ok to leave their stuff all put like a NEON SIGN-Here's my stuff just take it! It is west Cinci no matter how amazing the Shell is once outside its business as usual!! Love this spot!!”

“I had some trouble with the pump, the man came out to help and seen I was disabled and stood in the cold and pumped my gas for me, this was very thoughtful and I appreciated it very much, I wish I would have asked his name but he had refuse hair and if it would do any good I'd recommend that man for raise because That's the very definition of good customer service!”

“Ray and Jacob are both heroes (without the capes). This local gem of a repair shop is honest and fair. I used to go up the street to a different mechanic I won't name. They weren't bad, just expensive, which caused me to look around and find Cooks. They've been in business for an impressive amount of time, I believe just shy of 100 years. I've even seen an interesting YouTube interview with Ray that explains the history of the shop. Good honest and reliable mechanics are so hard to find. Only thing, and I don't even consider this an issue, but they will take their time and not rush any job. It is a smaller family owned shop, and the main man is a bit older, so there can be some wait time, but to me, quality will always come before quantity when it comes to repairing the right way ✅️”
