“This is long overdue (just after new years I think), but I just wanted to take time to show appreciation for some work these guys did on my girlfriend’s car. It needed new springs and not only were they great to work with setting up the appt, but the pricing was very fair. Would recommend this place to anyone”

“Definitely going to keep our business here. A national company said we needed all new tires, which would have costed us over $500. Brought our car here to have the tires rotated and asked the very kind mechanic what he felt was the condition of the tires. He said they were fine and had at least another year of usage. This is the place to go for honest, quality work.”
“My window broke in my car. I called butches auto in Lorain and i was able to drop my car off the night before and pick it up the next day. The owner is super sweet and answered every question. The price was great because i kept getting quoted 500-600$. Overall experience was great and i will definitely recommend”

“My 2016 Chevy Duramax diesel truck had a Fuel injector explode. It was a really hard job was more than just mechanical He had to use his computer to Program all the fuel injectors. Also the gas tank every single fuel line the entire the whole system. He did an amazing job and I won’t take my cars anywhere else he’s not only good at what he does He is very honest and upfront and is out to help people.. As busy as he is he will make time for you. “Be cautious and stop buying parts from here. I purchased an alternator 2 weeks back, returned the core for a refund and unfortunately the new part failed. Went back to do an even exchange and because I didn’t have the original receipt they would not do it. They would not even accept the cc statement. The customer service rep goes “sorry that’s how we roll here”. Parts Authority doesn’t even keep purchase records on file but wants you to provide them with all of your information, hmm wonder why? Basically they are selling defective parts and not providing replacements or refunds. Stay Away!
