I try to go with him when he needs something, but sometimes, he has a mind of his own. I appreciate that she takes the time with him even though she constantly has to repeat herself louder so he can hear!”
“The two main employees sal and bashar were very professional and very polite they had a store full of people but the amazing part was is that they were helping every customer at one time everyone was happy the vibe in the store was amazing everyone was laughing not only were they dealing with everyone problems but they still had a smile on there face. The crazy part is I went to best buy a multi million dollar business and they weren't even able to help me but when I walked into one wireless I was out in 10 min and my phone was recovered and they treated me like family 10/10 would reccomend this place and if you ever go talk to either bashar or sal you will never be dissatisfied thank you one wireless....”

“Sam provided us with awesome/excellent customer service!!!!! He showed us the new iPhones and helped us upgrade my daughter’s phone! He informed us on all the promotions! Nice watch. Best yet, he up dated our plan and corrected our information associated with each phone and service. He also went above and beyond by gathering and showing my daughter all the iPhone cases for her phone. Sam took the time to help answer all of our questions and gather all of our correct information. The best customer service experience we have had at a store in quite a while! Definitely recommend shopping at the Lorain store.”
