“Many great things to say - great selection, exceptionally well stocked, and huge inventory. The store is clean, wide aisles, and well lit.
The only thing lacking is customer service not behind a cashier counter. I know what I want and where to find things generally but I see a number of customers wandering around looking for assistance. For that I shave off a star on this review.
Although I really appreciate any rebate, it can be a hassle processing Menards 11% program. I’d much prefer a sale price.”

“I am strongly recommending Howards Kitchens without any reservation. We did a major remodel of our kitchen which required a complete tear out and demolition. Before we did so, we obtained three different bids. Howard’s Kitchens was the best and most thorough bid. Howard’s Kitchens designs were also the most thoughtful and creative.
Howard’s crew was exceptional, highly skilled and well organized. They did everything from the plumbing, wiring, drywall and appliance installations. No waiting for subcontractors. When they left for the day, the premises were spotless- no dust or debris. The fact that they have worked for Howards for many years says a lot about the owner. I would add that they were trustworthy and did not require us to be there with them- a big plus. Mr. Kaplan, the owner, was always available and always promptly returned our calls. I can’t say enough about this company. Five Stars!!!!”

“My favorite box store. Unlike hardware stores if 30+ years don't expect much help with problems and if store doesn't have something their online might. My frustration with them and the blue box is they don't go beyond what's on the shelf. One out of 50 employees will slow down and listen most are just sales people lacking experience.”

“I went in on this stormy evening looking for hoses to clamp onto my emergency water pump. The right size hose wasn’t there, so Ryan worked really hard to come up with a solution of several different pvc fittings to work with our garden hoses at home. He made an 1.5 inch water pump opening connect with an 5/8 inch garden hose! Everything fits great and we are ready to save our basement if the power goes out! Thank you Ryan!”

“I worked with Sandee at the Loveland store. She was very knowledgeable about the products Howard's sold. She has quite an eye for design and pays attention to the details. I never felt rushed or pushed in a direction. There was no upselling. I did appreciate being able to take samples home to see how they looked in our kitchen lighting. Our new cabinets, countertops, and appliances have brightened up our kitchen and look wonderful.
