“We had a great experience at Kings Toyota. Our salesman was Layton Griefenstine. He gave us space to make our own decision. No pressure at all. We did go to Kings Honda as well and felt very pressured. That's what made us decide on Toyota and we are so glad we did!”

“I had a great experience here and would definitely buy another vehicle from this dealer. From sales (Devon) to financing, everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Great communication, and never pushy. We like to review our options and do our homework, we were given the space to do that here. And thank god I never heard “I’ll have to go talk to my manager.” We love our Volvo and the buying experience was perfect. Thank you!”

“I had a great experience with Enterprise. I had an issue with my rental car and needed to exchange it after regular business hours. One of the employees went above and beyond by coming back and reopening the counter just to help me with the exchange. They made the whole process very easy and stress-free, and I really appreciated the extra effort and excellent customer service. They even waived that day’s rental charge from my total because of the inconvenience. It’s not often you come across this level of customer care. Thank you for going out of your way to help me when you didn’t have to. Really appreciate it and highly recommend this Enterprise location!”

“Enterprise is the most hassle-free car rental company. Their cars are always better than whenever I’ve rented from Avis. My last rental only had 5000 miles on it. My last Avis rental had 50,000 - ridiculous. I also like the agents at enterprise better. They are friendlier and more knowledgeable. I will only rent from Enterprise.”

“Shawn ( Montgomery rd location) was the agent that helped us. She was sooo helpful. When we got there the car my daughter requested (7 seats) was ready and available; however, this did not leave her any room for all the luggage and stuff, which my daughter hadn’t thought of. Shawn leaped into action. She showed us a 12 seater van, then searched around and located an expedition which was perfect. She made sure the oil was changed and it had a full tank of gas and it was clean. She truly went above and beyond to help my daughter. So glad my daughter chose this Avis/Budget rental. KUDOS SHAWN!!”

“The customer service by Dalon was the best was the best possible and if I could give him more stars I would. I reserved a truck and when I arrived there were two trucks to select from. This experience was completely different from a car rental location on Union Centre Blvd. I've been a long time renter from another car rental company but Avis has won me over with this easy car renting experience.”

“I always rent from this location and have always had a great experience! Lebanon is much closer to me and there is an Enterprise location *in* Lebanon, but I always think it's worth the short drive to rent from here instead. They've always had my car ready on time, been pleasant to work with, accommodating, and friendly. I've never had any issues across many rentals renting from this Mason Avis location!”

“I’ve had about six rentals from this facility in 2026 and many more in prior years. My most recent experiences have been all positive. The staff have been super friendly, the cars are always clean, and I have been getting much newer cars as it appears they are upgrading their fleet. I’ve had no issues with payments or my reservations. My only wish is that my Hertz status would entitled me to free upgrades at this location, but outside of that, I would recommend this location for vehicle rentals.”
