“I visited this store because I needed to pay off our phones so we could unlock them. Ian was the representative who helped me. Though it was his first week, he was very knowledgeable about how to help me! We were a great team trying to troubleshoot how to submit an unlock request. Though we were not able to get the unlock request submitted (due to technical issues with AT&T’s website) I was thoroughly pleased with my experience. Ian was awesome! I’m so glad he was there to help me!”

I was skeptical at first because it was much cheaper than Ubreakifix and no guarantee or warranty was presented when handing over our iPad, But everything went very quickly and smoothly. Dropped it off in the evening and It was ready by the afternoon the next day. The blonde Russian (I'm guessing) lady was super kind and helpful. We highly recommend ? We even got a screen protector and it was still cheaper and faster than the competitors”

“My foster son was misbehaving and pretty nasty to an employee because he was told that he wasn’t old enough to try some new tech he REALLY WANTED to try. Manager politely told me he couldn’t be in the store anymore. He was never aggressive or demeaning. Very nice about it. And I understand it’s hard when your employee is upset and you have to run interference with a potentially angry customer. But he told me to come back in an hour, he’d bump up my phone in line to be fixed and meet me at the door. I left lil guy with his grandma in the car. Jeff was waiting for me at the door with my phone. He was very kind and understanding that sometimes kids have episodes, and I do understand that there are consequences for our behavior. But many places have made me feel like the villain when I’m with a child who’s misbehaving over the years. Jeff was not like that and repeated his name twice and let me know to ask for him if I needed service in the future. Much appreciated at a difficult and frustrating moment.”
