“I frequently visit this particular store and am always pretty happy with my shopping experience. The people working there are always really nice and have gone out of their way to help me on more than one occasion. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because they are often out of the chicken feed I buy. I buy 3 kinds and I can rarely get all 3 in 1 visit. But it's always clean, the staff is very friendly and their selection is good. I do wish they had a cart return stall in the parking lot though, it's really difficult if you have multiple kids to have to return a cart to the inside of the store.”
“We take our dog here often for self wash. We love this place and also the staff. Even though this place is farther from where we live, and even though there tons of options where we live, we still go here. The ownership, friendliness of staff and other factors has something to do with it. Nice job. Keep up the simplicity”

“We have purchased our Christmas tree from this business the last three years. Each time we have been extremely happy. Today we went in to buy this years tree and Jonathan quickly met us at the tree location asking if he could help us and what exactly the type of tree we were looking for. I mentioned a man helped us last year find the perfect tree and I showed him a photo of it; as it turns out, he helped us last year with our purchase and in my honest opinion it was the best Christmas tree we have ever had in terms of style, size, and symmetry. He helped us find a similar tree for this year. The trees were literally just put out yesterday or today so this year's selection is still spreading out but again, similar to last year. As a small business owner, I was impressed with the fact Jonathan was quick to assist us today, quick to realize our visit last year, and knew exactly what we wanted. This is the epitome of EXCELLENT customer service and very appreciated. Happy Holidays to you and your family and thank you again! Did I mention the price for the quality and service can't be beat.

“My wife and I visited Earthwise last Monday, 2/26/24, to give our new rescue a bath. We were so impressed by the staff, including Kathryn who handles the grooming, that we asked to be put on her grooming list.Our dog is a minature poodle mix and Kathryn explained, while we were giving Winston a bath, that poodles need special care as far as grooming, drying and brushing.Earthwise called us on Sunday and said they had a grooming cancellation and they could get us in on Tuesday, 3/5/24.When we arrived we were greated and told the appox. pickup time and we explained what type of cut we would like. The results were GREAT even though Winston was a little bit of a pain for Kathryn and had to be put in "time out" to calm down. We were so pleased with the service we recieved that we have booked two additional appointments for him to return.We have had many groomers in the past with our former dog, Sophie the Westie, but Karhryn really went above and beyond to give our puppy mill rescue a Great cut without tramatizing the dog.My wife and I would highly recommend both Earthwise Pet Supply and Kathryn for your pet needs including supplies, bathing and full service grooming.”
“Adorable and convenient local pet supply store situated between Indian Hill and Madeira. It's easy to park in front of the adorable storefront and go inside. Expect to find a friendly cat or a dog lounging around. You can also look forward to a helpful employee who will be happy to look up your pet's profile. I like coming here to get the dog treats up by the registers that are 2 for $3.50. They usually are plenty of options & are good sizes.
Every holiday I buy my dogs a themed cookie treat & i would have to go to pet smart to find them, but the last two times I’ve been to this Petco I have found them which has been nice since this location is a shorter drive for me. For thanksgiving they have football themed cookies & I did see a variety of Christmas ones out on display. I am really hoping this location continues to sell the holiday cookie treats. It would make me & my pupps happy!”

They carry a wide variety of pet needs, medications, and toys. Pricing is in line with what you would find online.”
“I visited this place with the intention of buying my first tarantula and walked away with five beautiful specimens of different species. The owner was very attentive and supportive and helped me find everything I needed. Very happy and satisfied with my experience and purchases. Highly recommend if you're into exotics. I was really excited to see how accepting the pet hotel was during pride month. There's not a lot of representation in stores so to walk in and see myself being reflected made me feel happy and proud to be a shopper. “I come here all the time to use the pet wash station, and my husband will refill our propane. Make sure to ask for towels at the front for the pet wash. Staff is friendly, our doggos know to expect a treat when we check out.”
