I felt like I had just gained to new friends even though we chatted like we were old friends the store is adorable I even got a tour upstairs. Great selection & prices on all dance wear. “Exceptional.-If your looking for a PARTICULAR brand, call ahead.- I will always suggest a " RUNNING / WALKING speciality store for anyone.- easy parking on the street or in any of the lots.- knowledgeable staff, always willing to help & answer questions .- awesome futuristic technology to get the shoe you need.- centrally located.- GREAT with kids , ( even young kids ) just getting into the running stuff or if you just want a REALLY good shoe ? for them .- you'll get a BETTER show, that's for them, & running shoes now are pretty cool designs.- better made shoe than a big box store shoe, there is a difference.”
“Doug helped fit me for new ski boots. I am 67 and have arthritis. The store was very busy yet he took his time to explain in detail what type of boot may work and what he can do with my current boots in the meantime that are too big. I bought boots that open from the back that makes them much easier to put on. Doug is helping me with a binding issue as the new boots require different bindings than what I have. All this to say, that he went 'above and beyond' in helping me. Thank you, Doug.”
“Today I walked in with my mom and we were looking for some volleyball shoes. I looked through the shelves and Jay and Travis were two people working there and helped me and my mom out so much. Didn’t realize how much it would be but it was totally worth it for the experience. Got my Nike shoes cleaned for free and was given variety of options. They talked to us and engaged into all of us and what we were looking for. I tried on three shoes/loved them ALL! they were so adorable and he let me run, walk, and jog around the whole store. My shoes are perfect for my feet and especially since the time they took with me to find the soles for the shoes and everything else. Each shoe they helped me tie, measure, and put on my shoe. Very amazing customer service and highly recommended especially if you’re in a rush to buy shoes that are benefited for you!”

“I had a great experience today with this store location! I had been eyeing a pair of Doc Martens online for MONTHS but I have wide feet so I needed to try them before I bought them. I called this store this morning to make sure that the availability showing online was what they had in store, and the offered to put them on hold for me without me even asking. When I got to the store it was very well staffed and everyone was super friendly! The shoes fit and I was able to buy them. I definitely reccomend this store!”

“Edit: The employees were very kind. One woman asked me if it'd be helpful to start a fitting room once I picked an item from the rack. Another woman, upon check out, let me know that I was just under the total to be able to utilize a great deal happening the weekend that I visited. She then very kindly gave me some time to pick out more items, and updated my email / phone number on file.
I have not shopped at WHBM in quite some time, but it was a really pleasant experience and all the people working there were so friendly. I love my new pieces-- a long sleeve button up lavender blouse, perfect length deep blue dress pants, a crisp white fashionable collared blouse, and a light yellow summer buttery-soft fitted tee. I look forward to visiting again the next time I go to the mall.”
“I see a lot of comments maligning the customer service at this location. I went in November of 2022 to buy a few pairs of shoes and belts during the black friday sale, and was assisted by a young man who was extremely pleasant to deal with. There was a brief wait while he assisted another customer, but he was courteous and gave his full attention to the customer he was working with. I was happy to wait a moment to ask him questions regarding sizing, and when he was able to assist me he was extremely gracious in doing so.So... I'm not sure if it's new staff since the other complaints, or I just had a different experience.”
“The staff was extremely helpful. We got our 74 year old Mom a new pair of Sketchers for Christmas! She is a hard size to dit and they were willing to have them shipped to us because they didn't have her size in a pair we had picked out at first. But we found her size in a pair she likes even better then her old ones! We teased her and told her she was styling now in her new shoes! They let her wear them out.”
