“Like the phone message said, I made an appointment for curbside, but showed up 30 minutes early and went inside. Justin greeted me, and asked me a few questions. When he started to work on the phone I excused myself and went out to the car. Then he came out, and we chatted about the phone. He fixed the problem, and did a few more things for me. He was friendly and patient. The store was clean and neat. When a customer came to the door a salesperson opened it and started to help the customer.”
