“Stellar customer service! Chrysler could not upgrade the first generation touch screen console on my 2017 Pacifica to be compatible with Car Play. I decided it was worth upgrading the console and Auto Sound Security and Access was recommended to me by both the dealership and my long time auto mechanic. I am glad I followed their advice and called Auto Sound. Matt was my first contact and ordered the component upgrade and scheduled the installation once the part arrived. The new system worked perfectly but the assigned home and work buttons were a challenge to program. I asked if there was an online manual and there was not. I was told to stop back at my convenience and they would step me through the process. Craig helped me figure it out. It was not intuitive, as sometimes happens, and he sat in my car for as long as it took to get everything the way I wanted it. And after everything was programmed, he wanted to make sure everything worked, so we spent time running through the apps to get me acquainted. I have seldom received such thorough and pleasant customer service. I know they specialize in sound and offer many services. If you need an upgrade on your car, look no further. Call them!”

Porsche of Beachwood has treated me very kindly throughout the years. 15 years ago when I was a looky-loo, ten years ago on a random used car they had, five years ago on a used Cayenne, and now on maintaining my 911. Walt especially is kind and direct, working with me on what I want them to go after, or what projects I want to tackle. I live near Toledo, and happily drive by the other Northern Ohio Porsche dealership to go to Porsche Beachwood. The vehicle they service for me is one of my larger single assets, and I appreciate that they value it like I do.”

Let's put it this way; I've been coming to this place for twenty plus years and even though I no longer live in the same area, I drive twenty miles out of my way to patronize them. To say that the customer service is off the charts good would be an understatement. “Broke down one night and almost did not make it to the AutoZone on my rout. Yet with gods protection and me and my ladies prayers we arrived at autozone 15 minutes to closing time, and it was all about a alternator that we broke down for. We pulled in and they sold me the right part and also offers me a machanics cart full of tools. To fix my issue on the spot. After I installed the alternator i went over the 15 minutes till closing and yet they did not seem upset but instead incuragable and helpful.. I was able to complete the install and ran over only 5 minutes from the Punching out time . I was so impressed with the attitudes and so grateful for there help, my goodness I was and I am still thinking about that today. And will say that I love AutoZone for what they did for my lady and I we were so far from home in Hudson Ohio heading for Fairport harbor lake county. And they saved our night for sure . They even told me I should work for nascar as I was able to install that alternator in about 20 minutes in a grand marquis 2001. I am very happy with that site in Hudson Ohio. Thank you all so much”
