Maintenance issues are always taken care of swiftly. Our new Maintenance Supervisor Travis, is a great addition to the Palmera family! As maintenance always is, they are polite, friendly and professional!

“I have lived here for 5 months now and I love it. The apartment was updated with new cabinets and new carpet so I love that. Its quiet and the neighbors have been nice. I only had a couple minor issues and the Maintenance guy Rick took care of it right away. The office manager Kim is super nice and professional.”

“It's probably the one of the best apartment complex, very safe and very clean. Nice neighboors, there is nothing bad to say about it at all. Especially the pool was the best area for my daughter to play. The stuff clean the pool almost every other day. Super comfy place to live. Thank you guys.”
