“My partner and I love living at Palmera. We recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking in the area. From the property manager (shout out Carly) to the maintenance team (shout out Bill), they go above and beyond to take care of you.
Maintenance has always responded within 24 hours, if not resolved by then (because they are that quick)! The management staff are kind and very proficient at maintaining a beautiful community surrounded by nature. Of course the amenities are top notch - providing popsicles on a hot summer pool day, the endless walking trails around nature preserves, and those are just a few. The point is, we love it here!”
“We recently had the pleasure of meeting with Ashleigh Roth, manager at the South Lebanon location, to view a prospective rental unit. From the moment she warmly welcomed us into her office, we knew that we were in good hands. Highly professional and knowledgeable, she answered all our many questions and escorted us to see an available unit. Ashleigh was a pleasure to work with! We couldn’t have asked for a more positive experience, even though the application process was very difficult. She helped rectify the never-ending stumbling blocks we encountered in the online process with finesse and patience. Thank you, Ashleigh! Oh—and we have a move-in date. Can’t wait!”

“Update after two years - Moved into my second apartment within Somerset to a slightly larger house.
It's been a wonderful experience at the previous house and given the location of Somerset between Kroger and Walmart moving within Somerset was an easy decision.
We love the new apartment and the move in experience was great. There were few minor things which needed to be fixed and they addressed it right away. The management is great and very friendly. Tiffany and Team are doing a great job!!
Overall I am super happy that I am continuing my stay at Somerset. Highly recommend.”

“I love living at The Falls of Landen. I have lived here for over 6 months and had a few small maintenance requests. Every time they have been out within hours and fixed everything. The staff are all so nice and helpful. The property is kept clean, and maintained extremely well. I love having direct entry into my ranch unit with an attached garage. I could not ask for a better place to live!”
